I honestly cannot call this place a hotel. The conditions are unacceptable and far below even the most basic standards of hospitality.
The room was dirty and had a strong, unpleasant smell. The bathroom had no soap, no shampoo, and no basic toiletries at all. Many items in the room were old, broken, or barely functioning. The toilet didn’t even have a proper seat, which is shocking.
The air conditioning units are extremely outdated and do not work properly, making the stay very uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work at all, which just adds to the overall feeling of neglect. Even worse, the bedsheets and pillows were clearly not changed—they appeared used by previous guests, which is completely unhygienic and disturbing.
Overall, this place feels neglected, poorly maintained, and unsanitary. It does not meet minimum cleanliness or comfort standards. I strongly do not recommend staying here and regret my decision to book it.

A friendly hotel ideal for onward travel to Ukraine. Lots of tips and lots of people to meet here. The food was excellent the prices cheap. Staff are well trained and very pleasant to deal with. This hotel was ideal choice and wont let you down, even the area nearby was nice

The waiter is terrible. It's not a hotel at all. The service level is very poor. There is no basic courtesy of hello and goodbye. When customers come, they just lower their heads to play games and leave the customers aside. The hotel is a good size, but it is not very clean and there are few items. The only advantage is that it is close to the airport

I have never in my life seen such a dirty hotel in the room no door handles a square meter of tiles when in the bath bed laundry not washed nobody knows how many people have slept in the bed Internet site a breakfast is already included in the price and the Woman said no no breakfast that is a mistake in the web site Stay away from this hotel

Very nice place, but some rooms are small, some rooms are very good, so it depends whether it's booked, if you can choose rooms, then go for room with balcony, its nice, I definitely recommend it, it has a good vibe

Suitable for those are who passing by Chisinau and having a flight next day. Clean and comfortable bed, rooms are pretty big hotel located in the area, which is pretty close to the airport (around 15 minutes by car without traffic) , receptionist was friendly enough although her English wasn’t that good and she didn’t understand, what time i had to arrive. That’s why the main door was closed and I needed to spend my time knocking the door, after having an exhausting trip. However, it mostly due to her I even gave such a high rating for this hotel as 3, because here all positive aspects was over. No kettle , no basic hygiene supplies , old furniture, insects, broken jalousie ., problems with shower. I wonder how even one or two-stars hotel would look like then. When I asked for a soap they gave me this cup with some kind of “soap” inside... This place is better to be avoided if you are planning to stay for a longer then night .
