The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent. The breakfast is also plentiful. Would highly recommend

This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Words are not enough to say to express how wonderful this hotel is. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of choice, and great coffee. The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. If they can be upgraded, it will be more perfect. I will stay here next time. The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, with a beautiful sea view, and a good view of the ancient city. The room is quite large and clean, and it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city. The service is also very good. There is a supermarket at the intersection, which is also very convenient. The hotel had very good service and nice facilities. Even though the breakfast officially started 7:30 am, we were able to get breakfast before that at the day of departure and on excursion days. The spa treatment with hamam can be recommended as well.

Ali, Faruk, and Zia gave me and my girlfriend a 5 star spa experience today. We got the medical massages done for 115€. Worth every penny. The Turkish bath, massage and hot tea with a view combination was the perfect fix for us weary travelers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic experience in the area. Well done! Inside, the hotel is clean and well maintained. At the time of our visit it had major building work in the street surrounding it on 3 sides, which we were not told about. During shopping hours, the hotel can be accessed via the shopping centre located beneath. We stayed at the hotel for one week as a family in July 2021. We loved the restaurant and the spacious rooms, as well as the view from the balcony. But a huge minus was the cleaning, we were surprised that the floor was not cleaned.

The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

We stayed in villa beatrix which is owned by vila lux. Omar was really friendly and helpful and helped us park our car. Really recommend! The owner / manager was also very nice and gave us suggestions of places to eat and where to go.

The property was nicely remodeled - the rooms are great, including a comfortable mattress. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant offers a very large amount of portions from a multiple course menu. Couple of downsides were the pool (which was only reason we booked to stay here) as it was drained the day after we got there and it's literally in the middle of a building site... Stayed in this lovely hotel late September with a friend. We were given an upgraded room, a welcomed surprise! The reception staff were very helpful and friendly as were the restaurant staff. Nice location. Rooms could be a little bigger so you can stash away your suitcase and be able to move around the room. Maybe a shower curtain so you don’t get water all over the bathroom. Amazing Hotel! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and they offered a lot of evening activities for both children and adults. The location is also amazing, super close to the city and Old City Budva, the beach is also right infront of the hotel so this place is perfect!

We bought rooms with balconies, we got them without balconies. They are changing them, but tomorrow. I don't want to move again and pack all my things. There are some problems in the room, called 3 times, still nobody come.. With all-inclusive meals, drinks at the pool bar are still paid. No water in the room. The territory is nice ant calm. Meal is good.

This is only for the spa. I went 2x. First was a deep pore cleaning for the face. The 2nd time was a pedicure and another facial, all w Mina. I thought I’d have to see a dermatologist when I returned to the United States-but she totally took care of it-I wish I could see her every 6 weeks.

It is not so close for Old Town. 15-20 minutes on foot. The breakfast includes the price but the breakfast is really very poor. The employees are helpfully and smiling. But you should prefer another hotel/home in old city.
