The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent. The breakfast is also plentiful. Would highly recommend

This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Words are not enough to say to express how wonderful this hotel is. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of choice, and great coffee. The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. If they can be upgraded, it will be more perfect. I will stay here next time. The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, with a beautiful sea view, and a good view of the ancient city. The room is quite large and clean, and it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city. The service is also very good. There is a supermarket at the intersection, which is also very convenient. I have to share some expirience with other people! Astoria restaurant is one of the most beautiful places that I visit when I was in Montenegro. Food and drinks were amazing especially attitude of all the staff there. They were helping me about every my question. They were open to help about everything and I was grateful to be there. My recommendation for everyone.

Have given 3 stars for the view from the terrace. We had breakfast and it was cold and very bland. Had the omelette and frankfurter breakfast. Small orange juice is €4.50. Waiter was rather unpleasant and focused on opening up the umbrellas even after we asked him not to.

Good location, staff member was polite and engaging. Bought a bottle of wine which was reasonably priced. Terrace not very well lit. A youth carrying a makeshift weapon came onto the terrace and asked my wife and I if we had any money, he was stared out and told no before leaving. Also witnessed pickpockets in operation just outside, they were rumbled.

Fantastic location, beach view from your apartment, and in the middle of Budva old town Central to everything needed. Only 1 downfall in Montenegro is the traffic. However, there is nothing you can do about that but enjoy the beautiful location.

The property was nicely remodeled - the rooms are great, including a comfortable mattress. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant offers a very large amount of portions from a multiple course menu. The location is very good but unfortunately the rooms are not as they appear in the photos and open onto a common terrace and therefore it is very difficult to ventilate the rooms, it is dark and the rooms are not clean.

Pros: Vila is in a convenient location, close to the old town. Relatively inexpensive. Cons: the room is damp. The plaster is falling off. The mattress needs to be changed, you can feel the springs, and the old refrigerator hums very loudly.

I unfortunately punctured my tire very close to the hotel, the owner came and helped me with everything, finding a jack, finding another tire and even putting it on. We stayed at the hotel for one week as a family in July 2021. We loved the restaurant and the spacious rooms, as well as the view from the balcony. But a huge minus was the cleaning, we were surprised that the floor was not cleaned.

The rooms are pretty old and small. The air conditioner didn't work so we had to sleep with open windows which was super noisy.

We stayed in villa beatrix which is owned by vila lux. Omar was really friendly and helpful and helped us park our car. Really recommend! The owner / manager was also very nice and gave us suggestions of places to eat and where to go.

We were disappointed about the fact that we were accommodated for 3 days in an economy room instead of studio room that we bought with the tour. But in general, rooms are clean and there is good air conditioner. Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant is also ok, but nothing special.

Not too big rooms, approx 3x4m including shower room and a 3x1.5 balcony. We were unlucky to arrive when the conditioning system got broken, but during our last two days there they've installed around 30 brand new air conditioners to each room. Staff works perfectly, special cheers to Andgela, who was always nearby when we had any questions. Definitely would try this place again.

It is rare to find a triple room for family travel. It is a small and exquisite hotel with new facilities, clean and warm. It is very close to the ancient city of Budva and the Adriatic Sea. It is also very convenient to go to the supermarket and the breakfast ingredients are fresh.

Bed linen and pillows are excellent. Very quiet, despite the fact that it is right in the center. Breakfasts are awesome! We were delighted with the hot pancakes. The service staff are very enthusiastic and make me feel very happy. The location is very good. It takes only about 5 minutes to walk to the pier and 5 or 6 minutes to reach the old town. Review of restaurant. Didn’t stop at the hotel (looked beautiful). My friend and I ate here on Friday 16/5. I had the King burger and my friend had the Caesar salad. Service and presentation were great and my burger was the best I’ve had in a while. As the food was great we ate there again on Sunday 18/5. I had Mexican spicy chicken and my friend the 1/2 chicken. Stayed as part of an escorted tour. The staff and service were delightful. Rooms great and very clean. The only drawback was the location which was very busy with traffic.

We had a very comfortable stay here for 3 days. It's recently renovated. Our room was very clean and had a very nice balcony. The location is perfect and near everything. It's within a 5 minute walking distance to Budva old town and the main bus station. Also Mr Can the manager was very welcoming and helpful.

Clean place. Suit rooms are comfortable. Staff is friendly; but if you have car please think 3 times, you may have parking problem with Eatzy restaurant which is located their garden. Photos are parking area of the apartment

The hostel is located 7-10 walking minutes to the old town. There are grocery shops nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is a spacious outdoor area with tables and outdoor kitchen. What I really disliked were the cats. They were constantly staying around the kitchen and waiting for food, getting on the tables, etc. The bathroom was ok, the beds are comfortable. There is only one bathroom...

Cheap hostel with a lot of potential. Bathrooms are disgusting tho. No cosy atmosphere, but it could easily turn into such a cosy one. Overal, I can't complain after.paying only 15€ night during high season

It was very simple and not väl organized. The kitchen was outside. I had to carry all my panniers and bags to the second floor. The lower bunkbed didn't have space for me to really sit upright, even I am short. In addition to that, there were some bars under the upper bed, where I easily (😉) banged my head. The toilet with shower was also simple and only one for around 10 beds.

We spent SIX weeks here! We had such a great time! Ali is amazing and also Nero the cat. They have a nice kitchen fully equipped and everyone cooks and shares food.
