The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent. The breakfast is also plentiful. Would highly recommend

This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Words are not enough to say to express how wonderful this hotel is. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of choice, and great coffee. Fresh fruit, pudding, cheese, and fresh pastry. The location is perfect in the city centre, close to everything, with a private beach accesibile via an elevator! The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. If they can be upgraded, it will be more perfect. I will stay here next time. A beautiful lady at the front desk was very good. I like her. I forgot her name.

The hotel is in a great location, right by the sea, with a beautiful sea view, and a good view of the ancient city. The room is quite large and clean, and it is very convenient to walk to the ancient city. The service is also very good. There is a supermarket at the intersection, which is also very convenient. The breakfast variety is also good

The property was nicely remodeled - the rooms are great, including a comfortable mattress. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant offers a very large amount of portions from a multiple course menu. It was very delicious. Also, the proximity to Old Town Budva and the waterfront makes it prime real estate. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in Budva ! Very kind and polite stuff , perfect location, very clean and new rooms , size of the room is very good , a perfect sea view , a very polite lady in Hemingway restaurant and a very polite guy in reception. Definitely one of the beat choices to stay in Budva.

Everything was perfect here. The attention to detail was fantastic. Housekeeping did a wonderful job of tidying up and organizing. The front desk was friendly, answered our questions about the area, and shared their knowledge of Budva. Good location, staff member was polite and engaging. Bought a bottle of wine which was reasonably priced. Terrace not very well lit. A youth carrying a makeshift weapon came onto the terrace and asked my wife and I if we had any money, he was stared out and told no before leaving. Also witnessed pickpockets in operation just outside, they were rumbled.

I have to share some expirience with other people! Astoria restaurant is one of the most beautiful places that I visit when I was in Montenegro. Food and drinks were amazing especially attitude of all the staff there. They were helping me about every my question. They were open to help about everything and I was grateful to be there. My recommendation for everyone.

Have given 3 stars for the view from the terrace. We had breakfast and it was cold and very bland. Had the omelette and frankfurter breakfast. Small orange juice is €4.50. Waiter was rather unpleasant and focused on opening up the umbrellas even after we asked him not to.

Fantastic location, beach view from your apartment, and in the middle of Budva old town Central to everything needed. Only 1 downfall in Montenegro is the traffic. However, there is nothing you can do about that but enjoy the beautiful location.
