The location is excellent, you are a 15-minute walk from all important places and beaches, the people are cultured and hospitable, and the room is more than sufficient for its function of sleeping and showering

We spent here for a week during summer. It was our first time in Montenegro and we are really suprised how crowded can it be. The accomodation was nice and affortable. The beach and the old town was close too

Nice place to stay, and close to everything. The owner is very polite and helpful. The place is a bit noisy because of the road near by and the doors fail to isolate noises.

The grocery store was nearby too. The owner was generous and let us to park our car front of the appartment

We were able to choose our breakfast, and they even put it in a takeaway container for us to eat in our room. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was cleaned daily, there was coffee for breakfast, and you could choose one dish, which was cooked right in front of you

Some recommendations: - it is necessary to agree on a fixed price with taxi drivers before the ride in order to get a decent price. - it is worth it to arrange airport transportation with the guesthouse before arrival

The rooms are serviced daily and the inn keepers go beyond their call of duty to tidy up the place. It is conveniently located, next to many stores and restaurants. It's about a 10 minute walk to the bay

Very neat and daily cleaned rooms. 30 minutes walk to the old Town and 10 to the marginally attractive beaches. The hotel is surrounded with convenience stores and interesting restaurants

Good location. Beautiful balcony and garden, view of the mountains from the window. The owners treat you to fruit from their own garden. Pleasant homely atmosphere. Opposite there is a mesarnya, a bakery with low prices.

I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy

Very friendly the staff. Flexibility arrive and leave. Free parking at the address. Very nice view. The terrace is practically. The garden very nice give some shade. I did a bit longer holiday there.

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.

Amazing place to stay at just 15min from the city center. The couple who os responsible is very kind and made everything to improve out stay.

The room has a yacht marina, and the view from the hotel is quite nice, perfect for a relaxing vacation.

I like it that the old town is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can access many shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was exceptional too, from freshly made pancakes to local food items

They explain everything and help with everything. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite decent; you won't go hungry

I am very happy !!! I would like to come back again. The beach is about 900 meters down, maybe more. Mountain view from the balcony. Nearby there is a hypermarket, cafes and restaurants

This is the perfect place to stay in Montenegro. It is close to Budva, Sveti Stefan and Kotor. You Can relax in the quiet and cozy surroundings. Nice pool and perfect bar with cheap cocktails and they are very good

You will not find more peace anywhere else on the coast. Being family owned, they make sure you have the best experience possible. Poolside beds, bar, small restaurant with homemade dishes for breakfast and dinner

Really nice quite place with very friendly people. Will stay here again on my next stay! You need a taxi or car to go the beach but that's all well worth it. Restaurant is also the best I have eaten in Budva.

There is not a kitchen in all of them though. There is a pool, bar and restaurant. All cheep and serves decent food. The only downside was the shower in our room, it was leaking and a little broken

Would have given it 4 stars because of the shower, but the staff was so nice and willing to help with anything, especially the young girl Marte at the reception. It makes up for the leaking shower

Rooms clean and nice. The location is fantastic, close to everything and yet without any noise. The yard of the house is beautiful, full of olive trees. The host is very cordial and always ready to help.

Great place to stay, Vassili was always around for advice and help. The guesthouse is in the middle of an Olive Grove. Near to beaches , bus station and bus stops

Peaceful place to stay in Budva. Either you camp there or stay in hotel rooms, feel the olive tree peace.

Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left

Pretty big space with fully equipped kitchen and sitting area plus a bedroom with very comfortable beds. The only inconvenience was the shower that had the shower head holder at 4 feet level from the floor
