Location is perfect. Place is special, old hotel complex with a lot of space, interesting concept like small city, streets inside complex, swimming pools, restaurants. But rooms are old, renovated bathroom. Air-condition are not working properly. Beds are not very comfortable doors are old. No card key. But it's old and I think state hotel. Big area, great concept, near beach, but must invest more...

Nice location. Rooms could be a little bigger so you can stash away your suitcase and be able to move around the room. Maybe a shower curtain so you don’t get water all over the bathroom. The staff can maybe learn a bit more English as well. Food is not always good, sometimes it’s very good and sometimes it’s not very appetizing. The entertainment is very good! Hotel garden is beautiful, the plants are very well kept. It has very big outdoor space ,but room is so small, simple and old, feeling like stay in school dormitory.Towels doesn't look clean,bed is very hard, quilt and pillows are not comfortable.there is not even an electric kettle.was told it's a four star hotel, can't believe it. This is only for the spa. I went 2x. First was a deep pore cleaning for the face. The 2nd time was a pedicure and another facial, all w Mina. I thought I’d have to see a dermatologist when I returned to the United States-but she totally took care of it-I wish I could see her every 6 weeks.

It is not so close for Old Town. 15-20 minutes on foot. The breakfast includes the price but the breakfast is really very poor. The employees are helpfully and smiling. But you should prefer another hotel/home in old city.

Good and modern. Room has almost everything, except kettle,. Location is 10 minutes walk from the old city, but also near loud music played in the night, so the balcony door has to be closed... Only one elevator, and often, there is a queue. breakfast is good.

We were disappointed about the fact that we were accommodated for 3 days in an economy room instead of studio room that we bought with the tour. But in general, rooms are clean and there is good air conditioner. Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant is also ok, but nothing special.

Not too big rooms, approx 3x4m including shower room and a 3x1.5 balcony. We were unlucky to arrive when the conditioning system got broken, but during our last two days there they've installed around 30 brand new air conditioners to each room. Staff works perfectly, special cheers to Andgela, who was always nearby when we had any questions. Definitely would try this place again.

We stayed there November with my two children. . The hotel is at sea side, we walked everyone easily. the rooms are very comfortable. In the room, we have 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen , 1 saloon and 2 bathrooms. The hotel is very clean and tidy. It has closed parking area, charge of free. Also the breakfast is buffet menu and delicious although a little bit expensive. Generally We recommend.

New and very modern hotel on Budva's walkway , 2 min walk from the sea , and 5 min. walk from Budva's Old City. It was very simple and not väl organized. The kitchen was outside. I had to carry all my panniers and bags to the second floor. The lower bunkbed didn't have space for me to really sit upright, even I am short. In addition to that, there were some bars under the upper bed, where I easily (😉) banged my head. The toilet with shower was also simple and only one for around 10 beds.

We had a very comfortable stay here for 3 days. It's recently renovated. Our room was very clean and had a very nice balcony. The location is perfect and near everything. It's within a 5 minute walking distance to Budva old town and the main bus station. Also Mr Can the manager was very welcoming and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for one week as a family in July 2021. We loved the restaurant and the spacious rooms, as well as the view from the balcony. But a huge minus was the cleaning, we were surprised that the floor was not cleaned.
