Inside, the hotel is clean and well maintained. At the time of our visit it had major building work in the street surrounding it on 3 sides, which we were not told about. During shopping hours, the hotel can be accessed via the shopping centre located beneath. After 9pm, the street entrance must be used and guests have to scramble across the dangerous rubble, steel rods and general building materials...

This is a great reasonably priced hotel, Welcoming and helpful staff, No idea when room service staff appears but they do a great job. Worth the money
We stayed at the hotel for one week as a family in July 2021. We loved the restaurant and the spacious rooms, as well as the view from the balcony. But a huge minus was the cleaning, we were surprised that the floor was not cleaned.

Nice room and balcony facing the seaside promenade, but still quiet. Great breakfast and possibility to sit in the yard. Poolarea is small but very nice, both for sun lovers and if you want shadow. Nice staff, very helpfull and serviceminded.
We stayed at Hotel Budva from the 27th June to 4th July. The hotel location is excellent for access to the beach front and old town. Fantastic accommodation and service. We spent 5 nights in the hotel suite.
Have spent 2 week vacation with family. Everything was great. I do travel a lot, and it is one of those rare times when only positive comnents left. We were on 12th floor, with seaview and it is 150% worth! Staff os extreemly pleasant and polite.

Awesome boutique hotel with wonderful and helpful staff, with great amenities and beautiful room. Walkable to dining options and tourist spot and beaches.
The room is incredible but the staff are what made this stay unbelievable. The location is second to none with everything on your doorstep, but if there’s something you want to see or do that isnt nearby, the staff will go out of their way to assist and speak beautiful English. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is outstanding. Very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in (Puccini) was impeccable and has amazing views of the bay. The location is superb and a short walk to the Old Town. This was the best place we stayed on our 3 week, 5 country tour of the Balkans. Highly highly recommend.
