The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain surrounded by beautiful Mediterranean vegetation (pine trees, palm trees, cypress trees) in the small town of Petrovac in the Central part of the Montenegrin coast. The location is the best in the city, the hotel is literally blended into the natural landscape. A high level of service and wide range of additional services. Ideal for lovers of relaxation and comfort in a peaceful location.

Location: in the heart of the Montenegrin seaside, in the small town of Petrovac, located between the town of Sveti Stefan and Bar. 18 km from Budva, 40 km from the airport g. Tivat airport Dubrovnik and 91 km away. the Hotel is surrounded by pines, palms, cypress and other southern vegetation. Nearby is the embankment of Petrovac with restaurants, shops and bars.

Total area: 22000 m2.

Consists of 2 buildings "A" and "B" (connected by Skywalk), 91 rooms: 11 single rooms, 38 double rooms, 42 junior suite, superior suite and family room.

Beach: the main public sandy-pebble beach of Petrovac, 50 m from the hotel (1st coastal line). The length of the beach 500 m. a Convenient entrance to the sea and flat bottom, suitable for families with children. 170 m from the hotel, right over the mountain, is a concrete Ponta. There is a beach café, restaurant, sunbeds and umbrellas in the water are easy steps. This favourite vacation spot of youth. After sunset, the beach turns into an open disco. 600 m from the hotel is another Lucice beach is pebbly with a gentle entrance into the water. On the beach a few summer restaurants and water slide. The whole beach is surrounded by pine forests. Umbrellas and sunbeds on all the beaches are available for extra cost. Beach towels are available at reception.

Horrible state of rooms. The hotel is run down looks like hasn't had a repair in decades. Cleanliness is a myth here. I would not recommend. Staff is nice though. Food is not good either. The hotel looks nothing like the picture.

Location was great with beach outside and bars restaurants not far and the atmosphere in the town was lovely as we were lucky to experience a few local end of season festivities, however generally quiet at night. However all the niceties stop there and when we arrived we were going to reception for check in through an unfinished building car park. Check in was also difficult as receptionist could not find our booking and asked us if we had paid and to send confirmation, which was a little disorganised and unprofessional. We were promised a 4 star stay however we got the opposite- we were put on the other side in an unfinished hotel section overlooking another unfinished hotel site and floors were not hoovered. The bed wasn’t set up with 2 single beds as we had requested days before arrival. Draining system was also awful in the shower so flooded the whole floor. The breakfast was bland, tasteless and cold and there was not much choice to begin with. There were choices of nuggets and pizza which was a bizzare choice for a breakfast! We had to seek for food elsewhere which was a shame as we didn’t really factor this in our budget as we’d already paid for the breakfast so not really good value for money in the long run. On the last evening we walked into the “hotel” to find they had taken all the lamps out of our room which was really strange and left them in the hall way. Definitely felt like a cat fish hotel and would not recommend to book a stay at all. However I would recommend Petrovac as a place to visit 100% as it gives for a tranquil and peaceful stay with stunning surrounding scenery and really good day excursions. Every single restaurant in town had amazing and tasty food! 10/10 Petrovac 0/10 for the hotel.

Greate location and that's it. We are here for 5 days, the room wasn't clean at all, we have clean towels if we see cleaning lady in the hall and begging. Right moment, half guests have stomack desease, including my husband. Horibble, horibble expiriance, never again.

The worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. it has 4 stars and doesn’t deserve two. A pool and Parking in an with unfinished buildings. Absolutely disgusting experience.

Never go here! The hotel was dirty and there was no cleaning. There were no clean towels in the room or at the pool. The pool was also dirty. No toilet paper in a room or lobby, and the lobby toilet was covered in excrement . The food was grey and cold. We avoided the hotel, ate outside and swam in the sea. The air conditioning was broken and no one cared. The service was bad. I will always remember this as the worst hotel ever.

The worst hotel ever - don't go here, this is money stealing! Terrible service!! Photos you and reality are complitely opposite! Reception service arrogant, not interested and very rude! EXTREMELY DIRTY, bugs in the room, Air-condition and fan doesn't work, no private beach like mentioned, fake receives! You have to go over construction site to the main entrance to the hotel, pool area surrounded with construction site. Green areas not in a good condition - dirty, garbage, smell of garbage... Cats in the restaurant, food poorly and low quality, long wait for meals. And worst of all, they are connected with Police - even if you go to report the hotel, police will say that can't do anything.

I had a family vacation in August 2024 at the Rivijera hotel in Petrovac on the sea.
Stunning hotel location: 2 minutes from the promenade and the beach.
VERY Quiet from all sides, no TRAFFIC DISTURBANCE!!!!
Green area, a lot of shade , a swimming pool, around it there are sun loungers and parasols.
The room was cozy, with a balcony.
Meals - buffet.
. Everything is delicious! Incredible friendly staff. All issues were resolved immediately.
I especially recommend the hotel for families with children! ❤️

On the plus side the staff were great, but after that it’s not a 4 star by any stretch of the imagination. Hotel is very dated. The pool was not clean, and I did not see anyone use it . The gardens are full of large trees which make it dark and the sap makes the chairs and tables sticky. It also attracts lots of bitey flies and we got really bitten every day. The hotel is overlooked by two unfinished hotels , which is awful. There was a tureen collecting water from a pipe in the dining room. The breakfast is okay, but the dinners were awful. The food was always cold, nothing choice and they don’t even serve drinks with dinner, only a glass of water when you ask for it. The view from our room was a pile of rubbish!

I'm not usually one to leave negative reviews, but this holiday was a special mum n girls trip that we were so looking forward to, and we were quite disappointed. We arrived via private taxi ride and dropped in a garage area of an abandoned hotel,so first impressions not good.On arriving the receptionist was too busy on her mobile with a personal call cackling and chatting to check us in.Another member of staff had to step in to ask her to attend to us.She couldn't find our booking at first but thank goodness it turned up! Ended up with an upgrade..or that's what we were told.Bedroom was ok, little old fashioned but appeared clean and spacious. Balcony overlooking trees which meant no view or sun.First evening meal a disappointment.Buffet style with dry meats, watery mashed potato and cold veg.no vegetarian option.Slow service with waiter to get drinks.Desserts not much better.We stayed 4 days and ate out 2 of 3.Breakfast a little better with options of eggs,bacon,toast etc.No fresh juice.just cordial.Rooms were never cleaned once over our 4 day stay .Although on day of check out the maid knocked at door at 9 to tell us to get ready to leave..check out was 10.Position of hotel was ok.Near to seafront down a path.Grounds were looking neglected, pool full of leaves,garden furniture piled up.Really looked like they couldn't wait to finish the season and they still had 3 weeks to go.Staff not very helpful.Wouldn't recommend and won't be going back.

I’d give this a 5 star solely because it met all my expectations. Rooms are so clean and tidy, has the right beach view and awesome staffs that are ready to help on call. Special one is director Melisa. We will be back here next year again:
