Hotels in Luštica

I spent five wonderful days at Hotel Art Media and it truly felt like a little paradise. Surrounded by greenery, with crystal-clear sea and a peaceful atmosphere, it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The staff were always welcoming and attentive, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. Everything was just perfect from start to finish, and this place has definitely become a special destination...

Absolutely exceptional hospitality from the owners and all staff. They always went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and were incredibly kind to our children. On the day of our arrival, they didn't hesitate to wait for us until late in the evening. Breakfast and dinner were served buffet-style, with tasty food and a varied selection that changed daily. The room was clean and well-equipped...

It's amazing how often the most valuable things are close at hand, but we don't see them... In recent years, I rarely travel due to lack of time, and I decided to find a place for a three-day vacation in Montenegro. Luštica, as part of the coast with the least crowds, was a logical choice. Hotel Art Media was recommended to me by friends who travel quite often, and they were all right. Fantastic accommodation...

Great place to stay right on the beach in Montenegro - beautiful crystal clear water with striking blue and green hues, lush green mountains and islands and reefs around good for snorkelling and swimming. Hotel has easy access to the sea from it's private beach (very interesting arrangement of rocks and caves below the hotel). Zanjice beach is a short stroll away and Arza beach a 5 minute drive. Hotel...

Lovely place right next to beach and staff very friendly also got a ride from airport from miloś who was very friendly and kind .very nice hotel recommend huge thanks to bogdan who is a wonderful staff member

We only stayed here 1 night but it was a great experience. Super nice owner who makes beautiful works of art from wood and great staff. In a prime location❤️

Finest goat cheese I’ve ever tasted!

We stopped by the little caffe to buy some homemade fresh goat cheese. It tastes very good and the owners were very friendly. On the other side of the street are some goats and chicken. It's a nice little place.

We were on a hiking tour and were happy to have a cold water and a fresh, ice-cold beer at a reasonable price. We were there on a Sunday afternoon. The owner was very nice.

Excellent caffe very good prices. Home-made food tasty and fresh groceries . I recommend.

Well, what can I say! Pure luxury comfort and unique. Just wonderful! I cannot wait to return. An excellent opportunity to experience a quietly magical experience at this time of year!

The hotel is designed like an apartment near a marina. The service is good, and the environment is very peaceful. It's next to the One & Only Resort Hotel, and it's not far from the Blue Grotto. However, this 3-bedroom apartment only has 2 bathrooms, not 3. If you need to wash up when you come back at night, you'll have to plan your order.

Luxurious, private, expensive If you are looking for a high-end gateway this is probably one of the best options in the Balkans. The Location and the setting was amazing. Rooms and property (and in suite) pools were great. Service was friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was good. The in-room amenities and beach club were ok.

Amazing! Will for sure stay again!!

This was our second trip to Portonovi inside a year and that’s all the more remarkable given that we’ve never gone anywhere twice. It’s a niche destination, for sure, and it can be beaten on price. But it offers a touch of quiet luxury, terrific accommodation, spectacular scenery, every amenity under the Montenegrin sun and much more besides.

Portonovi Resort is the most luxurious in Montenegro, offering top-notch amenities, stunning sea views, and elegant accommodations. It's a perfect spot for those seeking a premium experience on the Adriatic coast. All the clients Tivat Limo has driven from Portonovi were extremely satisfied.

Service: Excellent! The staff were very efficient with positive, smiling attitudes, and respected guest privacy but were always there when needed. I especially loved the gym – they had water, protein powder, and even thoughtfully labeled the energy content of the Choco bar. This is currently my top hotel! They even gave a farewell gift when I checked out. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience...

One&Only Portonovi is truly exceptional. Guests are welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service from the very beginning. The location is stunning, offering beautiful views of the Adriatic and a peaceful atmosphere throughout the resort. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and well maintained, with thoughtful attention to detail. The Chenot Spa is a standout feature — deeply relaxing and definitely...

Loved every minute of it. Staff was so polite and helpful, rooms were spacious and have everything you need. My fav part were huge bathrooms and comfy beds. Breakfast was delicious with variety of fresh juices, coffee, pastries, healthy meals and sweets. We had spa and pool included which were clean and not crowded at all. Hotel is located in Porto Novi , quiet and super safe zone. Would def come back

The hotel is absolutely perfect, and we would always come back. From the outstanding spa to the beautiful rooms and excellent gastronomy, everything deserves the highest praise. What truly makes us return to this place and recommend it to our close friends and family is the exceptional service provided by Petar Dobrović. He genuinely makes sure that our stay is flawless, without a single mistake. From...

Seven years ago, I visited Montenegro and stayed at an Aman hotel. With fond memories, I returned and stayed at One&Only, but unfortunately, I was generally disappointed. First, the advantages: the rooms were relatively large, the sea view was beautiful, the swimming pool was nice, and the breakfast service was good—all meeting the standards of a hotel of this level, but nothing particularly surprising...

My third stay at this hotel, the best in Montenegro. It truly lives up to its One Only status. The hotel's yacht service (extra charge) is worth trying. The restaurant's cuisine may not be to Chinese tastes.

All praise for Mrs. Branka. Great location, close to everything, great rooms. The private beach is ok, but it is not arranged, there is a lot of grass.

Very clean, comfortable and modern apartments. The staff is perfect

Great staff, great location, room excellent. See you again next year!!

We only stayed for three days, but it was enough to have a wonderful rest and recharge our batteries. The apartment is located on the seaside. The view from the terrace is magnificent. There is only a promenade separating you from the private beach. The beach is nestled in greenery, with natural shade... We were mostly alone during the day. Next to the beach, there is a café called PRC, where they...

Nice. Good location. Quiet. All you need for proper vacation.

one of the employees (the one working in the morning) was amazing. and kind. she was a woman. she was hardworking and very helpful, offering solutions we didnt even think about. we had a private beach infront of the ohouse and a nice popular bar. i really like portonovi resort and to all the travellers you must visit restaurant verige 65... its wow, it will completely change your stay in montenegro...

I only spent time in restaurant's garden in front of the hotel. Service was extraordinary. Waiter was very professional, with all sea food knowledge if you need recommendation.

Super restaurant wit greate food

Small hotel 10 m ftom the sea. Magnificent view

Food & service is excellent! I had a steak, it was perfectly cooked. Very high quality meat, tender.

Big and tasty meals. Place with the best view. Gratitude to Dejan, Pedja and Danilo

Food is good typical for the region with some Russian inclination. Majority of the guests are Russian. They offer hookah/nargile which is rare in the area. They have a local band who plays old American rock songs, European and local at night. Overall it makes for a pleasant evening. The prices are a little above the prices in other places but it is not much to be a concern. The staff is good and...

We stayed at Carine Hotel Kumbor Superior for 8 days and absolutely loved our trip. Even though we had a storm in the middle of our holiday, it didn’t take away from the experience at all—in fact, once the weather improved, it made us appreciate everything even more. The food was really good and definitely better than other all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed at. It’s not quite 5-star level, but for...

Third time here. Always fantastic experience. The waiters, receptionist and the staff is amazing as always. The view, the food, the service, everything on high level.

Third time here. Always fantastic experience. The waiters, receptionist and the staff is amazing as always. The view, the food, the service, everything on high level.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Rooms are unique ,with stunning views. The staff is very friendly and helpful . Food is delicious till last bite and drinks is very tasty with snacks and pizzas. The premium amenities with spa ,pool area's, gym etc. and wellness facilities offered us an excellent experience.❤️

Stayed in this hotel during October 5-12th, 2025 with my wife. That's the end of the high season in Montenegro but the weather was still quite nice reaching 21-23°C except for the day of arrival which was pretty cold and cloudy. The photos were taken upon arrival, therefore, the colors might seem a bit misleading. We had an all-inclusive package with a Deluxe sea-view room. Despite arriving early...

The hotel is very beautiful and well-maintained. Rooms are cleaned daily, and having a car rental service on-site is very convenient. However, there were some issues. The food was often undercooked – in some cases, the meat was served almost raw. There were no vegetarian options at all, which made it difficult for anyone with dietary restrictions. Also, food was frequently served cold. The room itself...

A lovely hotel very clean and the rooftop terrace amazing! Check it out any time of day and you’ll get an amazing view. The beach access is good free sun beds and nice cafe on the water. Highly recommend the breakfast a good selection and delicious, will come back! The rooms were very clean and good size

Location was perfect and quiet with full of space for a family.

Great place. Kind personal. Everything is veri nica. I recommend

Nice location, but almost impossible streets to get in if you’re driving. Never ever take the “half board”, the food is not… well, eatable 😮‍💨

This place definitely exceeded our expectations. Apartments are super nice and clean, balconies big with nice view. To the beach there is only 3 mins walk, and also there is a private beach for hotel guests. What really made an impression is how nice people the owner and staff are, always there to help and have a nice chat with you. But breakfast- it's out of this world! I've stayed in many hotels...

Spent half an hour trying to find the property. Bedding was very inferior. Hard mattress. Only sheets and no bed cover. Poor pillows. No access to the sea. Air conditioning worked good. Receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Very clean rooms. Excellent staff and breakfast was good at attached restaurant though the dinner menu was a little expensive.

Nice hotel, very clean, with nice rooms. The staff is very kind.

Excellent place to stay. Large rooms and excellent hot water, water pressure, AC, and the free breakfast. I took off one star because every time we tried to pay with a credit card, it was declined. I believe that they want cash.

Stayed 2 nights and look forward to returning. The room was very large and comfortable and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves very good food. Breakfast is included and the menu offers many selections. I also enjoy dinners in the restaurant.

Great hotel accommodations, great rooms, great staff at the reception desk always willing to help and always with a smile.

The hotel is OK, the cleanliness could be better. We found several foreign hair in the room. The breakfast is good but the choice is not wide enough to eat it for a week every day I think.

The hotel is situated quite far from the nearest city, Tivat, and I wouldn’t recommend staying there if you don’t have a car. However, the surrounding area is incredibly beautiful, featuring stunning beaches, picturesque viewing spots, and an ancient fortress. The hotel itself is designed with great aesthetic appeal, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Notably, there are no TVs in the rooms...

Agape Hotel Rose is simply perfect. The view of Boka Zaliv is breathtaking, and the swimming pool with that view is unbeatable – the ideal spot to relax. Being just a few steps from the beach made our stay even better. Marko and his team were amazing – friendly, helpful, and always there when we needed anything. Our family had a fantastic time here, and we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended

Why I cannot give a full 5 star rating on my 2 day holiday stay. 👍🏻 Amazing views. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely. Coffee is very good! Pool is clean and refreshing. Beds - ok. Mattresses old or bad quality. I expected more for a 4 star rated hotel for CHF 498.- for 3 nights 👎🏻 👎🏻 The plumbing urgently needs attention in Room 3: I was woken in the middle of the night...

This hotel has a great view to the bay of Kotor. The rooms are spacious and modern. All rooms have a balcony, which is very convenient to enjoy the sunset or spend some time outside in the evening. The pool area is cozy and also with breathtaking views. My only suggestion is about the shower cubicle, which should have a door to avoid water splashing around the bathroom.

Enchanting place overlooking a very picturesque bay, and in the middle of nature. The view from the hotel is very suggestive a very high rating and a little advice (in the bathroom the shampoo and shower gel packages are too cheap for the elegance of the structure) we recommend anonymous or single-dose dispensers.

Well, this hotel deserves 10 out of 5.. It's just something. Although located a bit far from cities but who needs it whenever you have such stunning views. No TV in the room but.. VIEWS! Quiet, clean, friendly staff. There were no tea bags in the room but even at 12 at night I got some from the reception. And again.. the views... 🤩

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Hedera Residences. Location is perfect very close to the sea with lots of amenities. Ana was a great Host along with the other staff they were always willing to help. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect apartments. Modern luxury in its best. Amazing location, just near by sea. Everything is meticulous, it has special vibe and atmosphere. Clean, cozy. Ana was just wonderful host, what made stay even more memorable. Anyone who wants great vacation, should it book it. We will come back gladly.

Excellent breakfast. Very fresh and delicious with many choices. Milo’s, our server, was fantastic. He was friendly, very accommodating and provided excellent service with a smile!

We recently visited Forte Rose just to explore the place and have lunch—and it turned out to be such a memorable experience! The location is stunning, full of charm and history, and the atmosphere is both relaxing and elegant. We were warmly welcomed by Bojan, who truly made our visit special. He took the time to show us around, shared fascinating stories about the history of the place, and made us...

We stopped by this restaurant for lunch after spending a few hours at Forte Rose Beach first. The restaurant has a picturesque location. We were welcomed in a friendly and professional manner and were quickly given a table for four. Sitting in the shade under the large tree, admiring the view while waiting for our food, was something truly special. The prices at this restaurant are higher than average...

I had dinner here a few nights ago, and it was definitely a wonderful experience. The place has a more refined vibe — calm lighting, tasteful decor, and just a really nice atmosphere overall. It feels like a very special place, but not in a stiff or uncomfortable way. The service was great — professional but still friendly, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The meal i ate was probably...

Loved the hotel Forte Rose. Beautifully renovated, and located in the picturesque stone Village of Rose. The views across the bay over to Herceg Novi are spectacular. We enjoyed the fine dining at the restaurant, the Sunset views and the early morning swims. The staff was wonderfully kind and efficient.

Absolutely amazing view and experience on the water! We loved every second of it. The service is fantastic and the food is exceptional. A taste of Montenegro at its finest.

Luxurious apartments; we've been staying here for several years now. The sea is just 2 minutes away, and there are cafes and small shops nearby. The apartments have everything you need: a kitchen, air conditioners, fans, refrigerator, sofas, beds, and bed linen—everything is new and fresh. View 10/10 Location 10/10 Hostess 10/10 We recommend this place to live! Luxurious apartments; we've been staying...

We were in apartment 5 which has a separate bedroom and a fantastic view of the bay. Like in the palm of your hand. Of course, to have such a view you assume that the house is on a slope, but it is really on a slope, which is where goats graze under the handrail... so, either good fitness or drive in first gear and take it easy, watch out for the slats that can easily scream. We personally didn't mind...

Advantages: Wonderful view, quiet place, no mosquitoes, comfortable rooms, nice hosts. Disadvantages: parking space is inclined and up the hill, no hair dryer, no TV, no appropriate price.

Beautiful interiors, spacious modern bedroom, delicious breakfast, excellent facilities (gym, spa, pool table) and friendly staff. We had use of the facilities almost to ourselves and a complimentary room upgrade with views of the marina which was very kind. The hotel itself is certainly 5 stars and we had a peaceful and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the location and atmosphere left a lot to be...

The room was beautiful and elegant, with a truly spectacular view that made our stay even more special. We also loved the spa facilities, which were clean, relaxing, and a perfect place to unwind. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The meals were excellent, especially dinner. The food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The dinner staff were particularly attentive and friendly, making the...

Staff is very kind! We went for a drink and it was great as well as the sunset view. Inside of the hotel has very nice fruity scent and the toilet is very well equipped and arranged, so ladies can feel safe and prepared. My honest recommendation!

We choose The Chedi Luštica Bay again and I genuinely feel that rare negative reviews come from people who simply do not understand the concept of the place they are booking. This is not a destination with constant animation and endless stimulation. In winter, it is a luxurious, quiet, almost meditative space designed for a complete reset. Peace, aesthetics and discreet service are at the forefront...

Amazing experience. We got a room facing the beach and fell asleep listening to the sound of the waves. It is such a peaceful and beautiful place. Staff was always nice and welcoming, spa was great, breakfast was very good.

If I could I will give 6******, it is a experience I had never before in Montenegro. The Room was so detailed calm and silent. Little view to sea was enough and in the evening with the Lighthouse you feel connected to the sea. Room 346 🫶🏼 The Spa - unbelievable privacy and not overcrowded , super kindly friendly team. We visits the Sound Floating …you need to have this amazing experience. Breakfast...

I loved it. Staff is so polite and observing, the food was amazing it also came really fast. We are definitely coming again!

I stayed for business for two nights at the Azzurro Hotel. If you come by bus, the staff will provide transport of your suitcase from the bus station to the hotel, which is located under the main road. The hotel has been adapted. The room was not big, but it had the necessary facilities (small fridge, kettle, TV, air conditioner and radiator). The bedding is clean, tidy. The bed and pillows are comfortable...

Everything was very good: the room with a wonderful view of Kotor Bay, the beach, the restaurant on the beach, the staff.

The hotel is situated in a quiet place, just in front of the beach. The place is peaceful, chilled, not fancy but simple and honest. Very relaxing. My room had a beautiful view of the bay. The room was rather simple (maybe more simple than I would expect from a 4-* hotel) but clean and welcoming. The personnel of the hotel and of the restaurant was amazing, friendly, open, professional, helped me with...

I evaluate the restaurant with 5 stars, very good food for good prices.

The restaurant had a small menu and could not serve some of the dishes. The waiter did not speak a lot English. The food was bland and dry. There are better restaurants nearby.

Maki apartments in Radovići are new, nicely decorated, impeccably clean, and well equipped (good Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in both rooms, new TV with cable channels, microwave oven, washing machine, oven, coffee maker, even a dishwasher!!!, with enough liquids/tablets for washing dishes and laundry). Our 2 bedroom suite had 2 terraces and mosquito nets. Zorica (the owner) is very kind and...

Stayed here in early August with my family. One of the most loveliest and cleaniest apartments I have stayed in. Very welcoming staff and in a lovely location too with restaurants and beaches just 5 minutes away. Will definitely be booking every year

The host was exceptional and friendly. The location is great, just 2 minutes away from the beach by car.

We were welcomed by superb hosts. They were very attentive and kind. Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a lot of greenery around, and the best beach in Montenegro is just 10-15 minutes walking distance.

Situated at quiet location Maki apartmens not far away from Kotor,Tivat or Budva town. Beautiful, clean and spacious, with all necessary amenities. Frome terrace you can enjoy relaxing mountain views, while kids play on children equipments in backyard. Host is very friendly and helpful. Nearby restoran serves delicious fresh meals. . We really enjoyed our stay. Not far away from beach Plavi Horizont...

The only disadvantage is distance from Tivat Town and beaches around, don't stay here without a car. Otherwise it is pretty tiring to walk all the way down the road which has no pedestrian zone. Family place, not for youngsters

An amazing hotel An amazing hotel with everything. Easy driving distance to most tourist attractions. Very clean and friendly staff.

Beautiful hotel on a seafront location with lovely scenery. Superior room was spacious and cleaned everyday with new towels. It is important to note that the hotel is a beach club and so has loud base music all day every day which is unbearable after a day. Keep this in mind if bringing a family, especially on the weekend it was very rowdy as anyone is able to enter the hotel for free. Shame that the...

The bed is the most comfiest thing ever and the rooms are all so amazing even in the cheapest room. The spa was also lovely with a large pool and a jacuzzi, the massagers were amazing and worth the prize in my opinion. The views are amazing and the hotel offer free boat rides to Porto if you go to one of their restaurants which was also lovely, also the beach and pools were 100% 5 star worthy they...

I think they're still trying to transition from the Nikki Beach vibe, but the lovely scenery was far more fine than the...less than classy scenery. It was a lot of younger people, making out, yelling at one another, rubbing oil on their new tattoos, ordering bottle service, etc. We were hoping for something more classy, but the staff was very friendly and accomodated our cocktail requests during...

Such a lovely hotel with amazing views and amazing rooms. The front desk people are very helpful and nice! Location is slightly far out so would definitely recommend hiring a car

Earlier this month, my friends and I decided to enjoy some leisure time at Nikki Beach, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience, largely thanks to the amazing staff. We initially planned to visit just once, but we ended up returning every day until our departure. The highlight of our visit was Vasilije, one of the staff members, whose warm and engaging conversations made us feel incredibly...

Wonderful hotel. Great service, great food lovely rooms. only downside is there is no lift if you're on top floor which we were. Waiter's helped with our luggage. Beautiful walk on promenade. Free toiletries and sunbeds

Hotel on the beach! It has the best location! No noise! Meljine is a nice little quiet part of Herceg Novi municipality. The cafe is great, and the beach has everything one needs. The sea is crystal clear!

Me and my family visited hotel RR earlier today and were pleasantly surprised with great portion sizes, friendly staff and a brilliant atmosphere. situated on the Adriatic coast it’s a must visit if you’re in the area. Menu had pleanty options and was all very well priced and delicious! there were sea pedalo’s to rent! for younger children, sun beds for relaxing and catching the beautiful Montenegrin...

My absolute favourite location in Montenegro! I love the hotel cafe, and the beach area! Hire a lounge chair & umbrella & waiters you can order drinks from on the water! Perfect location for relaxing!

This hotel is great if you want to get rest, its situated in the end of promenade so you have your peace at night away from clubs and peoples. Beach is in the front of hotel (200m), but we prefered to go in the center of Igalo which takes 20mins from hotel by walk. Food was okay value for money, and prices in the restaurant in hotel are affordable. Staff in hotel were great and very friendly to us...

Amazing hotel with great restaurant and a pristine beach! We have enjoyed our stay every single moment! The food was excellent and the prices were more than great for the overall quality you get. We asked for a dish that was not listed on the menu , and even that was not a problem- it was served for us during dinner time! Service level was over the top, the waiters were so friendly and attentive that...

Such a lovely stay, did 5 nights and loved it. Reception staff are particularly helpful and friendly. Would recommend to everyone.

Great view, nice hotel, good food Nice hotel, all was fine. The only problem is to find the hotel. GPS is not very helpful.

Our best holiday in Montenegro.Everything was excellent.Would recommend to anyone. Thanks to staff and service they provide.

Magnificent setting, wonderful welcome from the staff and very attentive (surprise birthday gift left in the room by the staff) Exceptional value for money, high quality breakfast and dinner A very good address, no hesitation

Let me first say that the hotel itself was not lacking in any way in terms of the accommodations, staff and food. I had a spacious Deluxe Room with Sea View and couldn’t have been happier with it. The bed was very comfortable, the room was immaculate and the view was beautiful overlooking the water. The staff were phenomenal - friendly and welcoming, ready to provide whatever assistance I needed. And...

Hotel Perla delivers and lives up to its good reputation. Friendly staff, always helpful. Good restaurant. Nice and clean rooms. We felt well taken care of. Rooms facing the sea and easy access to a 4 km. beach promenade. Highly recommended. Here you can relax and enjoy or have excursions :-)

The Perla was just an all around lovely experience. Both the breakfast and supper buffets were delicious, varied, and artfully displayed.

We’ve just returned from a wonderfully relaxing week at Hotel Perla in Herceg Novi – our first visit, but certainly not our last. What mattered most to us was the location: somewhere peaceful to relax and unwind, yet only a short stroll into town. The views from the hotel’s dock were absolutely stunning, and we never had a problem finding a sunbed. There’s also a lovely little spa area with a pool...

So enjoyed stay at Hotel Perla. Airport transport from DBV super easy and communicated well for pick up. Hotel has amazing views and it is easy to get to the beach or see the sites within a few min walk. My room has exceptional view, had clean and fresh linens, and the AC worked so well during the high heat of this August. Hotel staff were graciously accommodating when I extended my stay. Definitely...

This was our 3rd visit and each time we enjoy it more. We had a lovely room facing the sea, views were fabulous. Reception staff are excellent as are the cleaning staff , the hotel is spotless. We taxi’d to the Old Town then walked back along the newly paved promenade . We were on half board , breakfast was very good, nice to see baguettes /croissants and greatly improved this year. If I have one...
