Our experience at Hotel Biance was disappointing in several key aspects. From the moment of arrival, there was no staff available to assist with luggage, which immediately created a negative first impression. The food quality was very poor and far below expected standards. The staff’s attitude toward guests was unprofessional, with weak communication and lack of basic customer care. In addition, there is no proper sound insulation — every noise can be heard, making the stay uncomfortable and lacking privacy. The only positive exceptions were a blonde girl and Dushku, who were polite, helpful, and professional. The hotel has potential, but it requires serious improvements in service quality, staff training, and overall guest experience.

Very disappointing – not worthy of a resort & spa My stay at Bianca Resort & Spa was extremely disappointing and far below the expectations for a hotel of this category and price. First of all, there is no designated smoking area, which creates inconvenience and frustration for guests. Most areas are closed, making the situation even worse. The bar is constantly overcrowded, with not enough seating available. Because many areas are closed, guests are forced to stand in corridors and in the main lobby, which is completely unacceptable for a so-called resort & spa. The swimming pool was very cold and practically unusable. There is only one very small jacuzzi, which was never available due to the high number of guests. The spa facilities clearly do not have the capacity to handle the number of visitors the hotel accepts. At the à la carte restaurant, staff remove plates from the table claiming they lack capacity, which is unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. On top of that, the staff is arrogant, disrespectful, and even mocking, despite the fact that guests have paid a significant amount of money. This attitude is completely inappropriate for a hotel that claims to offer premium service. Overall, the price–quality ratio is very poor. For what is offered, the price is not justified at all. I would not return to this hotel and I definitely do not recommend it to anyone.

We paid €570 for 3 nights at this resort. On the second day, the water bottles in the room minibar were not replaced. After the Christmas dinner, when the bar was closed, about 12am we went to the reception to ask for water (to buy it), but we were told that they were not allowed to provide water. At the same time, the staff in their own area were being served tea and glasses of wine. After asking 4 times for water, I went to the counter and stepped inside to get water, with money in my hand to place on the counter, as everything could be clarified the next day since we were staying one more night. At that moment, a girl named Mila ran toward me, shouting at me to get out and saying that she could not give me water (she was right to ask me to step out), but not to shout at me, as I was a client. She told me that I was “just a guest,” even though we were a group of friends occupying 4 rooms and had paid a considerable amount for these days. Two of the couples in our group had small children, yet no water was provided. We were advised to drink tap water instead. How is such a service possible? Providing water — a basic necessity — should be guaranteed 24 hours a day.

+ As for breakfast, it's excellent, everything is delicious and there's a good selection. The room is clean, tidy, and warm. And most importantly, the special price is 120 euros per night, including spa access.
- Visiting the hotel has become a tradition in our family. It was my husband's birthday. I asked for a cake (a mini-cupcake) to surprise him, but the hotel didn't do anything. Apparently they're saving money. It's a shame. When we went to the spa at 8:00 PM to use the sauna, the employee wouldn't let us in, saying the sauna was already closed, although the receptionists said the sauna was open until 9:00 PM. They probably didn't want to work until the end of the workday that day, as there weren't many people there. Only the pool and jacuzzi were open until 9:00 PM. It's a shame the fireplace in the hall wasn't lit, I would have liked to sit by it.

Hotel room was old-fashioned and very small with no room to open your suitcase. Room, including the bathroom was dirty. There was dust everywhere and there was a bad smell in the room. Rooms aren’t soundproof and I could hear the conversations of all my neighbours. The bed and pillows were bad. Room was very cold with no possibility to use the heating, which was very uncomfortable. There was a radiator in the room, but there was a sign on it that you weren’t allowed to touch it. Safe and hairdryer available in the room, but the hairdryer didn’t have much power. WiFi isn’t working well. Breakfast buffet was good.

A decent hotel that’s ideally located to explore the surrounding area. No air conditioning, but food is good and plentiful. Rooms are clean and staff are friendly and helpful. No kettle in the room, which seems to be normal for Montenegro. It was a pleasant place to stay.

Good place but every year instead of doing better is not happening that, in breakfast sometimes the tomatoes was not fresh and not washed. Little bit noisy at night when you try to sleep. Also i got the same coffee for 7 days i stayed there and always i was receiving a receipt with different price.

If you are planning to have a family weekend away with your kids, this might be a good place. If you just want a relaxed weekend on your own or with your partner - this is NOT the right hotel. On weekends the whole place - all public areas and the pool - feels like a kindergarten.
Rooms are very, very basic, not even a kettle available.
Breakfast is quite simple (e.g. no egg station to get an omelette, no fish), but you definitely won't stay hungry.
Sauna is open only between 4 and 9 pm.
All in all, not worth the price.
