Very friendly Russian-speaking staff and delicious breakfasts! We checked in on my birthday, and the hotel upgraded our room and gave us a bottle of champagne, which was a lovely touch. If you're looking for a quiet location slightly away from Budva, with access to several good beaches, I definitely recommend it!

Pros:
- Definitely the location, plus the hotel is quite small (we gathered there are 3-6 rooms per floor).
- The view of the bay and the overall scenery.
- Quiet (!) and clean (!).
- 'Smart home' features in the rooms, mostly well-configured and convenient.
- Their own restaurant downstairs.
Cons:
- If the hotel claims that 'staff speak Russian,' it's a bit odd when, upon simply clarifying this during check-in, they tell you the word 'have to.'
- Overall, for someone like me, 45+, who experienced vacations in the USSR and post-Soviet era, it somewhat reminded me of that. I'm not saying it's bad, but the associations are the same.
- Parking. Or rather, valet parking, as it turns out on-site, even though the hotel description specifically states 'parking.' The service operates from 9 AM to 9 PM, and when you need your car outside of 'working hours,' some staff members tell you twice that the service is only available during those hours. Being dependent on anything is extremely inconvenient during a vacation when you want to manage your own time.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful sea view! The room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail for comfort. The staff were polite and responsive. There are two beaches nearby. The stay left the most pleasant impressions, and we would gladly return again!

Zeta is one of the best hotels to stay at when you come to Budva. The hotel is very clean, the staff are friendly. It's also very close to the beaches and they're beautiful. The breakfast is also decent, sufficient.

The spa costs extra. There's no luggage room. Everything else is great; the orange juice at breakfast is delicious.

A great hotel in a convenient location. Gorgeous views from the terrace of our large, two-bedroom room. Friendly staff, good breakfasts. We booked on the recommendation of a local friend—and we didn't regret it. I'd especially like to mention the excellent mattress, blankets, and pillows—very comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. We slept with the sound of the sea outside our window.🔥

I really liked everything. The view from the window is amazing. Across the street, right by the sea, is the hotel's Georgian restaurant with excellent khinkali. The breakfasts, however, aren't very varied. The spa center is also wonderful. The receptionists are very friendly. There's also a wonderful beach nearby, a 7-minute walk through a tunnel. Everything is OK!)

Hotel Zeta is an amazing hotel, I felt so loved immediately I entered the hotel. Svetlana customer service is impeccable!!! Always willing to assist in anyway she can. She is WONDERFUL!!! My room was beautiful and the views were to die for❤️❤️❤️. Behind the hotel is very touristy….you can take so many amazing pictures also there are so many sea side restaurants close to the hotel.
The location of hotel zeta is spot on👌 . The breakfast was so so good. The environment was very clean it felt like home. I had access to the sauna , jacuzzi and steam room.
Mario was also amazingggg. I really enjoyed my stay and I will definitely visit again. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

If there's one reason alone to recommend this hotel, it's the unbelievably friendly staff. From the moment you arrive, every detail has been thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They even had the air conditioning on beforehand, so the room felt perfect upon entry. After a long day, there’s no lengthy wait at the reception—you're given the time to relax in your room first, and then easily take care of the formalities later, at your own pace.
Now, a little about the hotel itself. Its location is simply unbeatable, right by the sea, offering stunning views. The soundproofing is exceptional—you won’t hear a thing with the windows closed. The rooms are impeccably clean and equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay. And the restaurant? The food is absolutely delicious, served by staff who are as friendly as they are professional.
Once again, I highly recommend this place—it truly stands out!

Amazing hotel, staff were super friendly and always on hand to support with anything.
Location was lovely, the next bay over from main Budva which was perfect as it was a little quieter. Restaurants and beaches in this part were a step up as well. We even walked to the old town in Budva, so still accessible, it’s about an hours walks or a 10 minute taxi ride.
Room was amazing, we enjoyed the large room and the balcony which had a wonderful view of the bay and mountains.
We also had an amazing final night eating at the restaurant and trying some Georgian cuisine. Something new to try and we would recommend it highly, one of our best meals in Montenegro.

Absolutely perfect. The friendliest staff we’ve met in Montenegro. Mario from the front desk was particularly welcoming and shared with us some great suggestions and tips during our trip. He even went out of his way to step out of the hotel to guide us to a shisha bar we were in the seek of. The hotel is super clean, great breakfast and breathtaking view.

It is impossible to find a parking space because the street where the hotel is located is narrow. The hotel staff told us that there was a valet service, but when we arrived after 9pm, they said that the valet was not working at that time (they did not give us such information when we came to the hotel), so we had to park our car ourselves. Since it was very difficult to find parking in those narrow streets, I had to pay 72 euros in 2 days at the nearby paid parking lot.
Another issue is that they said that room service works until 12 noon. I said that I wanted cleaning at 11 o'clock but when I returned to the room in the evening, I saw that it had not been cleaned, in fact they had never even come to the room. And while I am experiencing these problems, I cannot find anyone with authority to talk to in the evening. I only have to deal with a security guard.
As a result, if I had not paid my hotel fee in advance, I would never stay here for more than 1 night. And I will never stay here again and will tell everyone i know not to stay here either.
