Reviews
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience that I feel compelled to share. From the start, it was clear that this place does not live up to its advertised standards.
First, the cleaning service that was prominently mentioned on their website was non-existent. Despite being told it was included, our room was cleaned during once our stay (after an argument with the owner). When I brought this up to the staff, they were completely unhelpful. The owner even went so far as to argue with me, insisting that there was no room service, despite what was advertised. This was not only misleading but also incredibly frustrating.
The gym was another letdown. The website made it seem like there was a fully equipped fitness center, but in reality, it was just a small room with a single stationary bike. Calling this a "gym" is a joke.
The "Spa" which we were looking forward to, was an Indoor Pool thats it, everthing else like Sauna or jacuzzy etc. was closed.
As for the rooms, they were far from what you would expect at a proper hotel. The furnishings were outdated, and the overall cleanliness was questionable. It felt more like a cheap motel than anything else.
To top it all off, the staff appeared overworked but friendly. The hotel owner, who was downright rude. It's clear that the management here is not concerned with guest satisfaction.
Overall, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The false advertising and lack of basic services make it a place to avoid at all costs. Save your money and stay somewhere else!
It's located a short drive from Ulcinj but within 2 minutes walk of good restaurants, a shop and a bakery.
The hotel has a restaurant which provided a very good and varied breakfast including crepes.
Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Overall very good value for money
For dinner they don't ask you if you have any dietary requirements, they just serve food that is terrible. I asked for mayo and they brought the bottle of mayo, which expired 1.5 months ago. Vinegar bottles have vinegar build up and bottles appear to have not been cleaned forever.
You have to ask for the toilet paper constantly and they don't leave any extra. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!
The only person, who was helpful, was Arjeta. She was a great help
It is unfortunate 🤮🤮 because this only happens to us poor Albanians.
Please think carefully before going to petriti hotel… 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
But again thank you for not the correctness dear! You are sorry 🤮🤮🤮
