Negatives:
Filthy dirty rooms with dust and many bits in the bed and on the towels. It fails the EU hygiene standards and needs a thorough clean and maybe a fumigation

Risotto is a rather a rice porridge with a lot of butter, forget about an Al dente and a dedicated rice variety.
Cevapi come with french fries as if you are in a Burger King.
Plaskavica comes with French fries (can't you boil or bake potatoes?!) and was HEAVILY overgrilled.
Pasta with vegetables was ok, but that's about it.
The chef has to learn the trade, go to Italy maybe. If you grew up with plascavices, it doesn't mean you can work as a chef.
The quality is of a motel-type cafe in a remote place in the Russian hinterland at best. Regular and ubiquitous chain cafes in Moscow cook so much better than this place that they seem like high cuisine.

The owner was very solicitous. I think we are among the final guests this season and he has gone out of his way to make us happy. He arranged for his son to drive to our next town (Kotor).
Breakfast is good, and included with our rooms. Prices are reasonable, too.

Very slow service. The menu is sometimes irritating and the food wasn't special at all, rather with flavors that you didn't expect (e.g. pasta with chicken also contained curry, although it wasn't stated)
