Poor service and overpriced food. Staff was unfriendly and seemed disinterested. We paid €8 for a plain kids' pasta with absolutely nothing on it. Not worth the price and not family-friendly. We won’t be coming back.

Best place to eat in whole Ada Bojana, very friendly stuff and owners! I've been coming back to this place for 5 years in a row!

Excellent hotel and restaurant. Clean rooms, polite and helpful staff, and great food at reasonable prices. Well recommended for family stays, short and extended. The place is very popular among locals and tourists, but parking is no problem as there is abundance of it. The staff always go above and beyond to meet your every request.

We recently stayed at Heaven Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was very nice, tidy, and well air-conditioned, making it a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of tasty and delicious options each morning. Overall, the hotel is exceptionally clean and situated in a great location, providing easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Montenegro!

Second year I’m staying here. I am not exaggerating when I say this is the absolute best place to stay while visiting Velika Plaža and Ada Bojana. The rooms are new, amazingly clean, and cozy you have a big parking to leave your car safe. The restaurant at the bottom has some of the best pizza around - my recommendation is the “Kajterska” pizza. But, most of all, what makes the impression perfect is the service - every single one od the employees, from the waiters and cleaning ladies to the receptionist and owner is ultra polite and genuinely nice. We’re never staying anywhere else in this part of Montenegro - Heaven all the way!

The hotel has a perfect location, just few minutes from the Velika plaza Ulcinj with enough parking spaces.
The room is spacious, new and modernly equipped. On the ground floor there is a restaurant with delicious food. Breakfast included in the room rate was a la carte.
The hotel host and other staff were very kind and willing to help with everything.
Definitely our choice for every future arrival to Ulcinj.
