The pool- again super clean and well maintained and super fun! You can sit around and chill under the sun which I’m sure is loved by many

The people that run the show- a sweet family who make you feel warm and welcomed. Gazz speaks perfect and even better English than us so it made it ideal since we aren’t very fluent with the local language

I absolutely loved our stay here because- 1. The location ofcourse, it’s probably the highest point of ulcinj, giving us the best view and there was also a masjid beside us at a rock throwing distance

And let’s not forget, quite a humorous person indeed. The rooms- absolutely cozy and sparkling clean. Hot water was accessible through the day

Very nice and friendly place and staff. View over the sea is fantastic and located between ancient olive trees is formidable. Just 2 km away from Ulcinj which has many restaurants and amenities

I was given instructions to leave my car in a neighbouring car space (which I was also directed to the day before) when a very rude manager came out and aggressively and disrespectfully yelled at me about leaving my car there

Property is very near the beach, which is very convenient for families with small children. Property is next to local seaman's mosque, which makes you fell like you are at home

Clean, private and the only negative was loud mosque just beside the building woke us up at 4.

I told him the young man in the office gave us directions to leave it there. He then questioned the young man who was witnessing the attack on us and out of obvious fear, he denied he had told us to park next door

The manager then accused me of being an arrogant tourist and a liar! Of course I did move the car as directed by the manager but was quite shocked by his rude and unjustified attack and outright disrespect

Overall my experience was very good and any requests were attended to quickly though it is very expensive compared to other locations in the same area. However, I will not stay there again

Very fine views over the trees to the Adriatic. Room spacious and clean with excellent facilities, including a working desk and good wifi. Grocery 5 mins up hill, beach and restaurants 10 mins down hill

The owner provides excellent service and is very easy to reach. No matter at what time of the day there is plenty of parking at least during off season, during peak season it might be different.

The host, Ramzes, is the most welcoming of fine fellows, and most informative in conversation in broken English. When I slipped over, he took me to hospital and checked on my health like a son

Owner was very helpful and attentive. They let me check out 4 hours late. View from the balcony was awesome and it's a short walk down to the beautiful rocky shoreline. Enjoyed my stay!

The location on the hill gives peace and quiet with nice views, but it also means a 25–35 minute walk to the Old Town or beach (and uphill on the way back, often without pavements), so taxis are more practical

Rooms are fine, though at night you may sometimes hear neighbors. The only real drawback is Montenegro’s widespread smoking culture, which unfortunately extends even to restaurants and pool areas

The highlight without doubt was the cuisine – from breakfast to à la carte dinners, every single dish was excellent, and the restaurant terrace offers a stunning sea view

Overall, this hotel offers very good value compared to beachside options, with peaceful surroundings, friendly staff, and truly outstanding food

The semi-infinity pool was also pleasant and well maintained

We had a wonderful weekend in this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The food was excellent, the best pasta with shrimps I have eaten. The view from the restorant is beautiful

The hotel is sooo much more beautiful in person than in the pictures. warm welcome, clean and smells like "new", the double bed is extremely comfortable. panoramic view from the luxury family suite

This was the perfect stay for our trip to Ulcinj! The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed with fresh towels every 2 days :) we also loved the large balcony!! The grounds and gardens are beautiful and the pool was very clean, warm, well kept, and lots of fun :) the owners were nice and welcoming

Downhill are a few places to eat and in normal seasons a line of beach-equipment shops, usually even a fairground

It was My first time going to Ulcinj and it was good to book a place between the city and the beach because it was 10 min with car on both sides. The apartments were good clean and spacious

This place is beautiful. The beach is very close (8 minutes walking), the store is very close (2 minutes walking)... Rooms are great. The hotel hosts are wonderful people. They fully deserve 5 stars.

Whatever we were missing in the room we got very fast after asking for it. Accommodation has a beautiful rooftop from where you can see the sea

Beach is approx 10 minutes on foot from the apartment. The best restaurant in the area is 3 minutes away. Everything is in walking distance

We had arranged a pick uo from Bar train station and it all went very smooth and comfortable. The room we stayed in was recently renovated. We loved the beds and the new shower

I spent several days in July 2018 at Adriatic apartments in Ulcinj. It was recommended to me by a friend of mine, and definitely this was a great recommendation! The beach is very close, just 2-3 minutes by foot

Thank you Mariano! We visited early May (which was stated as off season) so the shops downstairs were not opened , hence missed the pizzas. On the whole - we enjoyed our stay in this apartment

Pretty good actually, nice rooms, decent view, decent breakfast, easy to get in and out. Negatives - the pool closes quite early, service was a little mixed (we went without soap for the first night, even after asking)

Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach. Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy

Stunning in every way! We felt like we were in paradise! The hotel is gorgeous, built on terraces with the sea all around. Swimming in the private beach was terrific

The staff were ALL wonderful (owners also very interactive which was impressive), the delicious breakfast w incredible views, the gorgeous pool and bar area, the rooms were super clean and comfy, the location was very quiet but close enough to town to walk and having parking was just a bonus as well

Excellent location for relaxing by the sea. The comfort studio apartment we stayed in was really comfortable and came with a great view of the sea and old town across the bay

The rooms were clean. The staff very polite and food was very tasty. The location was also convenient for going to the beach and the city center. The wifi Internet worked perfectly throughout the facility.

They cleaned it every single day and to top it off, this is my first time going somewhere - that when I looked at the images displayed on Booking and their website; the room even exceeded expectations! Location is great; with only 6-7 minutes of walking till Long beach and the street that you have to walk to arrive there is full of restaurants and grocery stores (pharmacy as well), so everything is...

From the very first moment when we arrived at the hotel, we were welcomed by friendly people that were there and we didn't really know that they were the owners because they were so down to earth and just overall happy to see us, which really gave us the feeling that this is your second home - which is! Every breakfast was different in a way but tasty, coffee was on another level compared to anything...

The accommodation is new and tidy, the hosts kind and friendly. They are located out of town and crowded, so it is a great choice for people who like quiet beaches with less people and amenities.

In the end I got sick, then again they behave like I am their daughter, checking if I am ok, cooked for me, took me to the emergency room, called to the private doctors, made for me appointment in the night time, made sure I have all medicine, transport from doctor to doctor

Friendly staff, location is not too far away from the small beach. Apartments are modern, fully equipped with all you need and most importantly, clean, wifi is a bit bad but it can be used

During my entire stay here the only thing I didn't like was the view, as they said there would be a sea view, but the rooms were clean, there was no smell from the pond, and the hosts were very welcoming.

Some reviews indicate the smell is sewage outside. The river is tidal and the smell from time to time is of seaweed and salt

This Hotel is just amazing, i was there with my family last year, the rooms were good an the food was delicious! I miss it!

The apartments have been renovated this year, leaving small teething problems with the Internet and satellite TV, which should soon be fixed. Other than that, it is clean and comfortable

The family running it are friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts are well cooked from locally sourced ingredients. Great views from the back of the apartment onto the river

Rooms were well equipped with anything needed and that staff was more than happy to equip and adjust to our needs. Beds were soft and you were sure to have a good nights rest

Let me talk about the greenery at the back you could tell that the staff took there time on it, it was lovely and had a huge range of different plants vegetables and fruits
