HOTEL MEDITERRANEO LIMAN free private beach for hotel guest in Ulcinj

This is my first time vacationing in Ulcinj so I tried to be picky and my choice did not disappoint. If you’re like me and enjoy private, clean beaches, this is the right choice.
Rooms are very spacious and clean, the view from the room is sea front and spectacular.
Beach beds are extra cozy and free. Drink and foot prices super reasonable.
Staff is 10/10. Professional, educated, super communicative and quick to help you with any questions or discomfort you have.
All in all, even with me being picky, I left feeling extremely satisfied. Will for sure return!!

This is a lovely place to stay, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The beach is wonderful, with the sun loungers being an added bonus! The location is great as you are a short walk to the city but cannot hear a sound.

If you love peace and quiet, whilst being close to the city, this is the place for you!

This is a resort of piece and pleasure In a very crowded city. 10-15 min walking distance from the old town and the noise. The apparthotel is perfect for families with kids and large groups. Parking is included in their private parking. It has restaurant all day, they also own the beachfront. So basically you have everything in 1 place. It's an ireland of peacefulness. The apartments are large. Only the kitchen a bit less equipped, otherwise it's got all that one needs. Quite important: Ulcinj's roads are a bit dangerous: narrow steep slopes, abrupt angles and no road system as one way driving roads. Driving can be easy for the locals but not the best to deal with in holidays. But you can do it with a good car, courage and some negotiations with the drivers on the opposite way. Even so, I recommended it.

Nice hotel with room for improvement

The hotel is nice, private beach, 10 min walk up the hill from the old town and staff is friendly and helpful :) We stayed 2 nights in a standard apartment and 2 nights in an apartment with sea view. In general the apartments are spacious, clean, with a nice interior.

Breakfast: Fine but quite basic, small buffet and barely any variety.

Unfortunately the standard apartment was not in a great condition:
- plastic holder in the fridge was broken
- door of the freezer was broken
- toilet was leaking
- toilet made a loud beep sound when refilling the water tank
- rusty lamp in the bathroom

The apartment with sea view was much nicer. However, for an apartment with kitchen it would be good to have some basics available (oil, salt, pepper, wine opener). Besides there should be enough glasses for the number of people staying in the room. However upon request the staff gave us everything that was missing.

In general the staff of the hotel was very friendly, always greeting you and willing to help :)

Breakfast was fresh and delicious, with plenty of choices to satisfy every taste. The beach was another great perk – clean, peaceful, and just steps away from the hotel. The staff were all exceptional. The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with anything we needed. A special mention also goes to the waiter at the bar – very professional, polite and kind. This hotel really delivers in every aspect – comfort, service, and location. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

A Slice of Paradise by the Sea - 10/10
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this magnificent 4-star hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the private beach just a stone's throw away from the hotel, providing a serene and exclusive escape.

My stay here was nothing short of perfection, and I can confidently give it a well-deserved 10/10. I look forward to returning for another blissful escape by the sea

Friendly welcome, nice view, the hotel owns the most romantic beach in town ( in my point of view). I did not like the monotonous breakfast and that the restaurants are 10-15 mins far from the hotel. Overall, Ulcinj is a small jewelry box of Montenegro, and the hotel placed in an enjoyable part of it.

Great Location , right next to the old town of Ulcinj. Beatiful beach with great service.
The rooms are very large each with a large terrace where u can enjoy your mornings & evenings. BIG recommend !

Great Hotel near the beach , close to the center

One of the most beautiful beaches in the Montenegro with all luxury you can imagine. Friendly staff, tasty food and various drinks are served on the beach for reasonable prices. Highly recommend this place.
