It’s a very, very old hotel so don’t expect anything fancy or modern. But it has quite a charm, it’s like time travelling. Perfect for a couple of nights, away from the crowd of the city center of Ulcinj.

I really can't remember giving a hotel a 5star review more heartfully and joyfully than now. The reception breakfast and restaurant are all great and everything is very close the rooms are very clean so the room doesn’t really matter compared to everything else

İt s pretty good hotel except the rooms are old but i should say all of them clean for everytime Especially employees are so kind and everytime ready for help Also food quality is quite good İf you re not interested in luxury , it will meet your expactations at a very high level

AM Palace located in Ulcinj, Montenegro 🇲🇪 is a beautiful and quiet place for relaxing. The staff were all welcoming, respectful, and lovely. The swimming pool in the bedroom is second to none, and there's also another on the top roof with swimming beds to relax afterwards. The food is lovely and tasty too. Would definitely recommend 👌.

The hotel is located in the old town of Ulcinj, right at the edge of the castle. The view is absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the Adriatic Sea right outside your window is an unforgettable experience. Just a heads-up: to reach the hotel, you’ll need to climb a 100-150 meter uphill path with stairs. The person at the service desk was very helpful and attentive! Breakfast was good, we were there at the end of summer season so we were almost alone in the Hotel. There was a kitchenette in the room, but no appliances to cook or eat. This is not a problem as there are mant great restaurants close to the hotel. The location and view was fantastic!

Thanks to google and all the people who contributed and continue to write about reviews. I always look at google reviews prior to booking as a key guide. That said: Hotel Zan is by far one of the places I would love to visit again. As we arrived a bit late, around midnight to be exact, we were greeted by the owner himself, Mr. Tony Curanaj. It was a diffirent experiment. Bcz hotel is in outside the city. You'll go to sea nearly 10mins by foot. Foods are normal. Not good or not bad. But no restaurant around the hotel.

Has a miniscule ants problem and the beds are a bit on the rough side, but overall it's a great place to stay for a few days (around 3-4)

Property is very near the beach, which is very convenient for families with small children. Property is next to local seaman's mosque, which makes you fell like you are at home. Property is on walking distance from Old Town, and other historical sites, like Pasha's mosque.

Clean, private and the only negative was loud mosque just beside the building woke us up at 4.

The owner provides excellent service and is very easy to reach. No matter at what time of the day there is plenty of parking at least during off season, during peak season it might be different.

You may get surprised by cleaners as early as 8 am as they either open your door or make horrible noise in the corridor. Just in case you intend to sleep longer.

We had a great time at Hotel Lion, a family of five. Room cleanness, breakfast, pool, young, resourceful and dedicated staff… we will sure be back. Strongly recommended to stay and relax.

We stayed in hotel Lion 3 nights and we were very satisfied. Very friendly and helpful stuff....from reception, room service, waiters. We had a room with wide bed 200 x 200 what is not so usual in this region. Room was clean and cleaned every day. Next summer we have to arrive for more days.... to enjoy the very good hospitality and service of this hotel. I can really recomend.
