It's a good place though for tourists because the hotel itself is a touristic site

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.
They charged me almost €50 for 1 night + early check in but in the morning of the same day they tried to kick me out as I never paid for early check in. I had to speak to 3 administrators to finally convince them to let me stay till the morning :/

I was very tired, so I just wanted to take a shower and go to bed. But apparently there was no hot water at all, according to the previous reviews there’s no hot water at all.

Extremely dirty, as if it hasn't been cleaned, let alone maintained in the past 10 years or so. Bathroom was okay but the hotel itself and the damp pillows (hidden in the closet) are absolutely disgusting. It probably was a pretty place 20 years ago, but not anymore. Also staff woke all of us up at 7 am for some reason? When I tried to give the key back before leaving staff did not look at me and another staff member came up to me from the left to grab it out of my hand. Shame on TUI for keeping this hotel in their group tours.

the whole hotel is filthy. the first room they gave me was a small stuffy room and to get to the toilet I had to crawl through the shower tray. it looks nice, but that's about it.

This hotel is definitely to be avoided. Very dirty! Mold. Used sheets reused for the next customer. Smells musty. The shower head falls down. Tap cannot be adjusted. When arriving for dinner they were still busy clearing the table from breakfast. Same dirty tablecloths. Breakfast is sad. Coffee gone. No toppings.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel in Casablanca was far from satisfactory. The hotel had a noticeable oldish smell throughout the premises, indicating a lack of proper maintenance. To make matters worse, the air conditioning system was broken, making it uncomfortable to stay in the rooms. The bathroom was in a poor state, with broken fixtures and an overall outdated appearance. The entire hotel felt like it hadn't been updated in years, lacking the modern amenities one would expect. The only redeeming factors were the breakfast, which was satisfactory, and the attentive service provided by the waiter. However, considering the overall condition and outdated nature of the hotel, I cannot recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
