Do yourself a huge favour and avoid this hotel at any cost, ain't no way this a 4 star hotel. Wouldn't classify as motel in the first place. Paid in full online, upon checking they slam you with a 20dh per per night city tax and for some reason that gives you access to the breakfast buffet which itself is a disgrace. Nasty rooms, Toilet are see Through. You can literally see when someone's using the loo or taking a shower from the outside. The toilets are too bad. The beds? A disgrace. Stains and what not. On the wall, the socket had a open wiring, an electrical hazard for kids. Had to buy a sleeping bag just to sleep on the bed. My goodness. Water ran out.

After a brief chat with the receptionist they changed room but that honestly didn't make any difference.

Staff were kind and the hotel is easy to reach around so many restaurants that stay late.. but the room smells so bad they need to separate smoking from non smoking, also there's no privacy you could hear sounds from next room and room service ignore the non disturbing card and enter the room twice

I would not ho back to the hotel.bad service had breakfast dryers don't work small room .the bathroom is nice

The rating is quite misleading, if it weren’t for the room configuration for 3 people as two separate rooms, would not have booked here. Breakfast is terrible, skipped it completely and went elsewhere. No hair dryer, only one of the two shower heads worked (either too hot or too cold, impossible to get just right). Bedsheets were passable at best. Right on the street so it’s VERY loud, if you don’t bring earplugs, you won’t sleep well. Tram bells every few minutes will drive you crazy. While there is a tram line right outside the hotel, doesn’t connect to ANY of the popular sites so a taxi is still needed.

Staying overnight in double room. Hotel is much needed for refurbish and maintenance... receptionist is unfriendly and too rigid.. We paid tourist tax 2 Euro per head. Breakfast included in the price but not provided with choices. They were serving a typical local breakfast only. Overall, 1 night is just enough. Repeat? - is a NO!
