THE WORST HOTEL IN MOROCCO!
Staying in this hotel was a terrible idea and a horrible experience. The room that i stayed in was one of the dirtiest rooms that i've ever seen. The beds were horrible and it seemed like they have never changed the bedsheets, sleeping there caused itching and an allergic reaction. I can not even think of what the rooms of this hotel would cause to a person with asthma or any other allergy. There also are many cockroaches and when i told the staff about these problems, they anwsered me very rudely and told me that the rooms are "very clean" (which they are not) and they said that cockroaches are normal in morocco.
I changed hotel the following day even tho i had booked 7 nights with these clowns. I asked them for a refund for the 6 other nights that i won't stay there, since i only stayed there for 1 night and had a horrible experience but they did not give me a refund and blaimed me for this.

We booked a room at Majestic Hotel, but when we arrived, they told us that they had a "water problem" and sent us to another hotel that was held by the same guys - Hotel Colisee. I believe that they sold our room to somebody else and that is common practice there as I read the comments here. They sent us to another hotel and didn't even show us the new rooms before we paid. Filthy hotel with a very dirty bathroom, it had blood stains on the bedsheets, really dirty bathroom, the wall next to our bed looked like somebody kicked it with dirty shoes on. The only good thing was the air conditioner. Would not recommend, it's a scam.

When we arrived the next day, we were told that the manager was on leave and that he was not there (which the receptionist knew very well) and we were told to check with booking. Except according to booking it is up to the hotel to reimburse us. We explain this to them but they refuse under the pretext that they did not receive any money for our reservation (lie, would they accommodate us for free? Never) until then we have not been reimbursed, the receptionist made fun from us and refused to recognize the presence of cockroaches despite photos taken in the 3 rooms. We had to find another hotel at 00:00. NEVER book this hotel!

Uncomfortable beds at all TV with Algerian channels!!! Breakfast. From 7:30 am, the surprise so if you are in a hurry or leave early, we can do nothing for you. Cockroach under buffet With 300dh per night,
