Very bad, the food was horrible, they serve salads for breakfast, rooms very unpleasant, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

There were positives and negatives. Positives- room was very nice decorated, fruit and little gifts were in the room Very close to a mall and McDonalds. Negatives- pool closed, far from medina. I can't understand how this commands such a high price.

I booked this hotel very last minute during a week when Fez was almost fully booked — and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, both by phone and through online platforms. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who spoke with me over the phone — so kind, professional, and truly attentive. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests and took great care of my parents. The rooms are recently renovated, spotless, and beautifully blend modern comfort with the traditional charm of Fez — and the view over the mountains and greenery is simply stunning. Honestly, this hotel far outshines the Zalagh Palace (which is supposed to be 5 stars). There’s no comparison when it comes to hospitality, room quality, or service. Highly recommended — a real hidden gem where you can stay with peace of mind.

I travel the planet for over 50 years, and this is, by far, the lousiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Nothing worked in the room: the airco, the safe, the doorlock, the keycard, the television, the shower. The secand day I had to repair the toilet, as the flush did not work any more. In the restaurant, they have a card for drinks where prices are adapted for tourists and wher waiters try to get as much money out of your pocket as they can. Avoid this hotel. In the Michelin Guide 3 stars means this restaurants is worth a detour. In Menzeh Hotel, 4 stars mean it is worth a large detour to avoid it !

1- Room has a poor heating, Fez has a cold weather in Winter so we were not comfortable with the heating provided in the room. 2 - Breakfast is poor, nothing alike the pictures shown on booking or on the website. I do not recommend it. 3 - Staff is not friendly at all. Receptionists were not easy to deal with, and housekeepers were very loud in the corridors smashing doors and yelling at each other while we had a no-disturb sign. 4 - Water was cold sometimes, we had to shower with cold water. 5- This is not a 4-star hotel

We - unfortunaltely - stayed 1 night with a grooup of 13 people , it was a terrible experience from beginning to end , the restourant staff was extremely rude and disrespectful, they treated us very unpolitely , the room was dirty and there was no hot water😡😡, I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel even one night!! It was impossible to sleep at night because of the noise from the night club and garden nearby :(( this was not our choice- we will inform our tour company to prevent upcoming guests as well

Stayed here for 2 nights while traveling and that was actually 2 too many. The only positive was the bathroom which was modern (but the shower had a piss stream of water). And furthermore: mattresses as hard as a board, very noisy (even with the window closed) due to the busy road and close to a train station, very unfriendly staff in the restaurant which is also very unpleasant and without atmosphere. Furthermore, the breakfast is really bad: much of what is there is dry and tough and there was no refilling so at one point there was no more bread. How is that possible? Didn't visit the roof terrace, but had a nice cup of coffee on a terrace around the corner along the boulevard.

In any case, you will need earplugs here because you will be bothered by incessantly barking dogs all night long. Room and bathroom dirty, ashtray was still there. Shower was broken. Beds narrow and quite hard. Dinner very limited and there was almost nothing left when we arrived. Uncomfortable neon lighting in the dining room. Bread for breakfast was old and tough. Skybar was closed and it was not said why. It says four stars on the website and beautiful photos, but skip this hotel.
