“Vacation and luxury” The receptionist checked us in quickly, and after we confirmed our room online, they responded clearly and promptly. The housekeeping service was attentive and the explanations were clear. All the hotel staff were friendly and polite, and the housekeeping was excellent. Highly recommended.

This place is wonderful but its the staff that makes it amazing. Particularly the restaurant staff - the lead server Ahmed makes you feel at home and takes the best care. I always have a wonderful experience because of him. Definetly go to the Moroccan restaurant, such professionals there!!

The service at the hotel left something to be desired except for the man who checked us in at 11pm on 27/11/25, who was incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel itself is great, the bedding is very comfortable and the service is good. However, avoid room 006. There's a laundry room downstairs, and you'll hear the dryer constantly from 10 am to 10 pm 😢

Stayed 3 nights on group tour, hotel very good. The building is fairly old, which is evident, but still grandly enjoyable. Rooms bigger than average, many with great views and comfortable beds. I went only for the fabulous views of the mountains and the city. Perhaps because it was getting late, I had the worst service: we waited for ever to get the food and drinks.

I loved this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can change all kinds of foreign money at the desk. I was able to change two different kinds of money into dirhams. The staff that greeted me and took my luggage up was wonderful. The views from the bedroom windows over the city are gorgeous. You can look out into the city and at night the lights twinkle. I came for drinks at the bar rather than staying in the actual hotel itself. However, on the way out I used the ATM machine in the lobby. It did NOT notify me that it would be taking a fee and did NOT notify me what that fee would be. When the transaction went through it took 65dh. DO NOT USE THIS ATM - UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HIT WITH HIGH HIDDEN FEES. Very Disappointing!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of the new city. Although it's a bit far from the old city, it's a good option for quieter travelers. The hotel facilities are average, the swimming pool is small on the second floor, and the rooms are of average quality.

The hotel's WiFi coverage is exceptionally comprehensive. Whether in the room, lobby, restaurant, or even in the corners of the hallways, the WiFi signal is strong and never disconnects. I tested it in various locations throughout the hotel and the speed was very stable, allowing me to stream videos, play games, and download files without any issues. A nice place to stay. Very beautiful grounds and roof top bar with view. The rooms are small but well appointed and comfortable. The location allows you to walk to the Medina and start your adventure. The area is a little sketchy and feels somewhat unsafe after dark. The food was ok and breakfast was not as good as we had at other places on our trip.

We were eight of us touring Morocco and I have no hesitation in saying that this property was one of the MOST GORGEOUS riyads I have ever stayed in. This despite the fact that the stairs almost defeated me the first time I clapped eyes on them. Yet, surprisingly, it got better...and then, I almost did not notice the narrowness or the steepness. I understand the building dates from 1915...it is over...

We very much enjoyed our stay here in this lovely hotel and grounds, situated on the south edge of the Medina.
