Unfortunately the breakfast was not good! But Mikki the front desk receptionist was WONDERFUL! He helped us out many times.

I liked this hotel and extended my stay for another week. The room is clean and quiet, there is air conditioning, good plumbing, and a desk for a laptop. The place was central, clean and the personal super helpful. The bed was comfortable (hard).

Huda at the reception was fantastic, she was so attentive and nothing is too much for her, she booked us a room, answers all our questions, orginse taxis, she is profesionales and go that extra mile for you. Thank you so much for lovley stay.

Highly recommended. Beautiful traditional layout and décor. Discreetly restored, not standardized. In some senses not modernized either but everything important more than satisfactory (hot water, toilet, wi-fi, clean, comfortable). Yassine is an extraordinarily helpful host, from arranging and meeting the shuttle taxi to carrying our bags back to it when we left at 6am.

Great location, easy to get to by car and right next to the street market and restaurants. Very welcoming staff and quirky decoration. Certain rooms have a lot of stairs to get to but it’s worth the effort if you can negotiate them. There are also ground floor bedrooms.

We had a newly refurbished room which was good but lacked a few finishing touches like hooks to hang the towels on, others in the group had older bathrooms. Simple, modern and clean hotel, with spacious room. Efficient staff. Room have all amenities, some with balcony. Thought the room was facing the street, it was pretty quiet. Network has a very bad coverage and speed, non-existent in the room.

Location for exploration is perfect! Stayed 2 nights as part of a tour, and have also stayed 2 nights in 2014. Not much changed.! Central indeed. A close copy of a ryad, okay but very spartan decorated rooms. There is a bed! No tables no chairs - not even at the spacious balcony (which in my perspective is foolish) The bathroom has a submerged bathtub which makes it unsuitable for people with physical disabilities or just as I, bad legs and hips. Beautiful hotel in authentic Maroccain style. The employees are wonderful. Really nice people, from the waiter to the hotelmanager. They really make you feel welcome, explain everything in excellent English and are very open. You can ask anything. The food is really good. We got spoiled with real tasty food. If we are coming to Fes again, we will definitely stay at this hotel!

When you have a room facing the bar you will have a lot of noise from it, but it closes around 23h. We went on a tour in a group., this included dinner. The food was not really bad, but certainly not great either. The WiFi doesn’t work everywhere in the rooms, but worked great in the public areas. Very close tho the beautiful gate Bab Boujloud.

Located right beside Fes train station (1min walk) it’s ideal if you need the proximity to it. Just a short taxi ride away from the medina and various sights.

A good hotel for the money with a wonderful lounge and swimming pool. There is a railway station nearby and a large shopping mall nearby.

The hotel located just in front of the train station, very convenient. The staffs were very helpful and kind. The room was clean. We recommend this place for sure!!!

Excellent service, a spa is provided, the rooms are nice and cool with comfy beds and make you feel nice and private. Excellent location in the heart of Fes, close to shops, markets, restaurants and the Main Street. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel whilst visiting Fes.

Very nice accommodation with a clean bed and bathroom. It has all the necessities and is kept to a high standard. The breakfast was also very nice as they let you choose from a variety of different things.

I have been to this hotel with groups of travelers who were visiting Fes, and we always got good service and well taken care of. The hotel itself is also great and has beautiful Moroccan architecture.

The hotel was in a good location and our room overlooked a lovely park (which did come with some noise, but not terrible). The room was clean and bright and met our needs for the two nights we stayed. Our group was offered tea and biscuits as a welcome, which was nice. The hotel also offered a very inexpensive laundry service, which was welcome.

Very well located hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Very clean room, recent equipment. Excellent value for money. It was my father who stayed there, I regret not having been in this hotel too. I took a much more expensive and less well located hotel which in addition is undergoing work on the swimming pool in the middle of July at 45 degrees.

Decent hotel which had a quiet room. Very basic but did the trick. The aircon worked, inside there were a few things in disrepair, but nothing critical. No minibar, but does have a 2 person old style lift.

Cheap rooms, you get what you pay for. The staff are friendly, and the roof terraces are awesome.

This hotel is basic and the bathrooms are run down but overall, it was a great choice for traveling on a budget. Location is great and easy to find and the room was simple and clean. The best part was the young man who works there (I think his name may be Radwan). He answered every question and helped with plans and excursions. He seemed to be at the hotel 24 hours a day and never stopped working
