Our experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic. Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great

The hotel room is clean, the bathroom is large, the breakfast is delicious, with a variety of varieties, there is freshly squeezed juice, there is an outdoor swimming pool, the front desk service is very good, and you can introduce local guides

Great place been here before. Has a nightclub on the side of it but only arab music. Was not happy with the view would prefer the pool view. Great hotel as always.

Nice hotel, it was good staffs and amenities. Cleanliness was good that I stayed with confortable. Highly recommend to stay here! But one of concern is Wi-Fi is weak in your room

The pool area was nice and during the night, there was a dj. My room was very nice and other than the food, I have no complaints

The hotel is very luxurious at entry. There are pretty chandeliers and nice Moroccan rugs. It was the food that made me drop a star. Cats were roaming the bottom floor which was very interesting

Lovely grounds and interior. Bedroom clean and good shower. Staff very friendly. Good buffet selection but plates cold and sometimes some food not hot enough either.

Old tired furniture, poorly maintained items, no safe boxes (apparently some rooms had them but you could lift them up!), air con poor. with some good maintenance they could make the rooms so much better

They boast 5* and it probably was many years ago. You can tell from the reception rooms it was obviously somewhere really special in its day. However the rooms are a let down

The location was great, close to the bus stop for Chefchaouen and the train station, so it was easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Stayed 3 nights on group tour, hotel very good. The building is fairly old, which is evident, but still grandly enjoyable. Rooms bigger than average, many with great views and comfortable beds

Bathroom was dated but worked fine. Buffet meals in the restaurant were quite good with a wide variety of food and speedy to have your meals. All staff are helpful with English and/or French

It was a little too chilly to use the pool but if I come back during warmer weather it looks nice. Nice little patio area near the pool to sit and relax and have a drink or tea if you choose

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can change all kinds of foreign money at the desk. I was able to change two different kinds of money into dirhams. The staff that greeted me and took my luggage up was wonderful

Its location turned out to be great. It's right at the center and by the main avenue. There are lots of places to eat at walking distance and there are several Carrefours closeby also at walking distance

The hotel facilities are average, the swimming pool is small on the second floor, and the rooms are of average quality

The hotel's WiFi coverage is exceptionally comprehensive. Whether in the room, lobby, restaurant, or even in the corners of the hallways, the WiFi signal is strong and never disconnects

I tested it in various locations throughout the hotel and the speed was very stable, allowing me to stream videos, play games, and download files without any issues

For someone who needs to be online at all times, such comprehensive and stable WiFi is truly invaluable

Al Firdaous Palace It’s an incredible place! I went there recently and loved every moment. The palace is magnificent, with breathtaking traditional Moroccan architecture

I booked the most expensive room with a large terrace. I found out that the homestay does not have a swimming pool when I arrived. The terrace is separate and is just a small balcony

Staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. It is also very close to the parking lot making it super easy to find when you arrive and when you depart. It is a very beautiful property too

It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day. At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful

She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared

It is just outside the Medina and close to a street so it is easy to catch Taxis or transfers without carrying or pushing your bags through the middle of the Medina

The common areas are nicely appointed starting with a nice fountain for swimming, and an adjacent reading room with a cozy fireplace to relax and wind down and recount your adventures in the souks

We had to leave at 7 AM before breakfast started and they gave us takeaway breakfast, so thoughtful and kind. We had dinner here and we would highly recommend that as something not to be missed

We had a wonderful stay here for two nights in December 2025. We were a family of four and stayed in the saffron suite. It is a beautiful building and lovely to stay here, felt very Moroccan

The location is conveniently located to the parking lot by the pharmacy. It’s a beautiful renovated traditional Riad with some modern update and a full service hammam attached

Riad Attajalli is the perfect place to stay in the heart of Fes Medina. The atmosphere is serene, the rooms are beautifully designed, and the location is ideal for exploring the city

Dar Attajalli was such a surprise. In typical moroccan culture the beauty and richness does not transpire from the outside. The rooms are beautiful even if the beds kind of hard

Yussef and Hamsa made our stay truly enjoyable by meeting all our needs from getting us a late dinner the night we arrived to arranging for our ham man and then our taxi back to the airport

An outstanding luxury hotel experience on a global level. The palace is stunning, the suite was beautifully designed, and the bathroom was exceptionally elegant. Moroccan cuisine was delicious and carefully prepared

Additionally, when we arrived to our room no heat was on and it took a day for the temperature in the room to reach 60 degrees. I was able to acquire an electric radiator space heater which helped in the bathroom

This place is a gem! I have stayed many times and will continue to come and enjoy my time in this beautiful city, in this beautiful ryad with a staff that is exemplary.

With the limited staff and the fact we traveled in January when the temperature was in the low 40s at night and high 40s during make it difficult for hot water to be available

Super easy to find from the Blue Gate, and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. A spectacular traditional Riad with high ceilings, and well appointed.

Excellent welcome despite our very late arrival (2:30) following a flight delay. We had booked dinner which was kindly served to us. The breakfasts are delicious and plentiful, cooked daily

Nice riad in the medina of Fès. The riad has a very small pool which you cannot really call a pool, but there is one. The hosts are really nice and helped us with the booking of our tour through Morocco

The dinners are varied and very plentiful. All the team working on site is very kind. Close to the blue gate (barely 5 minutes walk) and the old medina (1 minute walk), the riad is quiet

The outside property of the hotel is beautiful. The surrounding area looks terrible. The rooms have balconies facing the pool or garden view. The rooms could stand some improvements and better housekeeping

The hotel was very good and viby and the food was soo delicious it was business trip but the stuff made it very comfortable and I wanna thank amine the receptionist guy he helped us a lot with our luggage and also our paperwork without mentioning his warmth smile and his excellent service

My room was comfortable and clean, and all the linen smelt fresh. The mini fridge was 100% a God-send and the desk/vanity was also really nice to use for both my skincare routine and catching up on some work emails

The hotel itself is beautifully furnished and decorated - it has a Moroccan flair with Western touches which is a perfect mix for those who want to explore a new culture while still enjoying familiar comforts

The breakfast service here is lovely and guests can enjoy a mixture of different foods. I personally enjoyed the yoghurt, and the grilled tomatoes complement the scrambled eggs nicely

A very beautiful riad in the middle of medina, we are so happy to have stayed here. Mesmerising inner court, authentic-looking room, and a wonderful host Youssef, who is very welcoming and always ready to help

With that being said, I’m sure the temperature would feel just perfect during spring, summer or autumn. Thank you again to Youssef and the team, you left us a wonderful memory of Fes❤️

We stayed in the end of December, so it wasn’t exactly warm in the room, and if there was a heater of some sort, that would be just perfect

But then again, it was the 4th riad in a row we stayed at, and it was the warmest of them all even without aircon or heater

The hotel has a beautiful lobby and pool area, and roof top deck. Staff was very gracious and excellent. We had room 10 which was lovely and had a balcony over looking the pool area

Tonight we had dinner in the restaurant- couscous deluxe followed by a delicious desert. Ayoub & Achraf were our servers and were both delightful. Everything was yummy and the atmosphere was elegant yet fun

Stunning Riad in Fez. Lovely lobby and entertainment areas, courtyard, terrace and food. Mosiac tile everywhere, fountains and plants and birds in the courtyard. Highly recommend.

I would recommend a visit to this gem of a place

Even rural 4 star hotels had their outdoor pool heated -everytime we asked the staff a question at the front desk they acted like we were a nuisance -they were really resistant to accommodating a 2 hour late check out even though we had a basic standard room -the service level here I would say is 4 star at best

“Vacation and luxury” The receptionist checked us in quickly, and after we confirmed our room online, they responded clearly and promptly. The housekeeping service was attentive and the explanations were clear

All the hotel staff were friendly and polite, and the housekeeping was excellent

Wonderful place, beautiful facilities, amazing employees, service excellence as it should be, really nice place, geeat food (we ate in the Italian restaurant), very good room service too
