Fabulous hotel. WiFi didn’t really work that well but the rest was great. Staff fairly helpful. Breakfast was great. Rooms very spacious and clean. Great location, close to the medina. Would stay again

The location was great, close to the bus stop for Chefchaouen and the train station, so it was easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel facilities are average, the swimming pool is small on the second floor, and the rooms are of average quality

The hotel's WiFi coverage is exceptionally comprehensive. Whether in the room, lobby, restaurant, or even in the corners of the hallways, the WiFi signal is strong and never disconnects

I tested it in various locations throughout the hotel and the speed was very stable, allowing me to stream videos, play games, and download files without any issues

For someone who needs to be online at all times, such comprehensive and stable WiFi is truly invaluable

It was a little too chilly to use the pool but if I come back during warmer weather it looks nice. Nice little patio area near the pool to sit and relax and have a drink or tea if you choose

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can change all kinds of foreign money at the desk. I was able to change two different kinds of money into dirhams. The staff that greeted me and took my luggage up was wonderful

The views from the bedroom windows over the city are gorgeous. You can look out into the city and at night the lights twinkle. I didn't even want to close my curtains

He is the best in Fez and Meknes. If you want to settle down, choose this hotel for your stay and go discover Fez, Meknes and Ifrane

It is excellent hotel and good accomodation and meals and good rate. I visited it and I enjoyed the staying there

The mosaic tiles and carved wooden doors are super atmospheric and beautiful for taking pictures! Special thanks to our Chinese tour guide **Director Lin (WeChat: **********)**, who helped to book a price cheaper than the platform and upgraded the suite for free! The room was very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the terrace overlooked the panoramic view of the old city of Fez

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unexpected Moroccan traditional courtyard experience! ** The **Volubilis Hotel** that I stayed at in Fez this time was really great! The hotel is located in the old city of Medina, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Blue Gate of Boujilou

The front desk is fluent in English and helped arrange airport pick-up and local SPA. You must try the mint tea and honey pancakes for breakfast! If you come to Fez, I strongly recommend staying here

Director Lin also recommended a super authentic tagine restaurant near the hotel, which was much better than the Internet celebrity restaurant! The hotel service is also very considerate

The location is super convenient. As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed by the Moroccan traditional courtyard

There were positives and negatives. Positives- room was very nice decorated, fruit and little gifts were in the room Very close to a mall and McDonalds. Negatives- pool closed, far from medina

The rooms are recently renovated, spotless, and beautifully blend modern comfort with the traditional charm of Fez — and the view over the mountains and greenery is simply stunning

Honestly, this hotel far outshines the Zalagh Palace (which is supposed to be 5 stars). There’s no comparison when it comes to hospitality, room quality, or service

I booked this hotel very last minute during a week when Fez was almost fully booked — and I couldn’t have been more impressed

Unfortunately the breakfast was not good! But Mikki the front desk receptionist was WONDERFUL! He helped us out many times.

Huda at the reception was fantastic, she was so attentive and nothing is too much for her, she booked us a room, answers all our questions, orginse taxis, she is profesionales and go that extra mile for you

The breakfast is hearty: oatmeal, pancakes with strawberry jam, a sandwich with sausage and melted cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, pastries, Moroccan hour, fresh orange juice

I liked this hotel and extended my stay for another week. The room is clean and quiet, there is air conditioning, good plumbing, and a desk for a laptop

I haven't gotten tired of this menu in all my days. The medina of Fes can be reached by taxi in 10 minutes, and the train station is 15 minutes on foot

Normal size single bed, firm, comfortable Swimming pool inviting (but not in December!) clean and in good repair but I do not remember a noisy bar with giant TV ,lights and noise adjoining it on the patio area

We had a newly refurbished room which was good but lacked a few finishing touches like hooks to hang the towels on, others in the group had older bathrooms. The hotel is currently being refurbished

There is a bed! No tables no chairs - not even at the spacious balcony (which in my perspective is foolish) The bathroom has a submerged bathtub which makes it unsuitable for people with physical disabilities or just as I, bad legs and hips

The hotel has an outside bar, called the British Saloon, which shows football matches and then has a DJ playing music until midnight. This was quite busy but a real noise problem for most rooms

I didnt stay at the hotel, but i went there to ask for assistance to get a guide for me, and rhey are willing to help, even though at very last minute request. 1 waited around 1 hour for the guide to arrive

The pool area was nice and during the night, there was a dj. My room was very nice and other than the food, I have no complaints

Old tired furniture, poorly maintained items, no safe boxes (apparently some rooms had them but you could lift them up!), air con poor. with some good maintenance they could make the rooms so much better

The hotel is very luxurious at entry. There are pretty chandeliers and nice Moroccan rugs. It was the food that made me drop a star. Cats were roaming the bottom floor which was very interesting

They boast 5* and it probably was many years ago. You can tell from the reception rooms it was obviously somewhere really special in its day. However the rooms are a let down

The Fes Marriott is a fantastic option with plenty to offer. The hotel features three excellent restaurants, each providing a distinct dining experience. The outdoor areas are impressive with a large swimming pool

This is a very old hotel, but shows signs of being well maintained. However, the reception is also Moroccan. Because there is no service mind, they get annoyed while talking to each other in front of guests

Very nice hotel. Beautiful big pool. Good selection at the breakfast buffet. Room did not have a safe. Close to Medina, and a very short walk to a huge grocery store.

Environment: The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the main road, very convenient to the old city and the new city. However, the road is under construction, so there is a lot of smoke and dust

Facilities: The hotel is relatively old, especially the ventilation and waterproofing of the bathroom are not very good. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean and standard

The hotel is located on a mountain, overlooking the panoramic view of Fes Medina. However, the location is slightly remote and the transportation is not convenient. Returning at night may be troublesome. 

A private and beautiful hotel outside the Medina, Hotel Sahrai is a good choice for travellers looking to reside outside the hustle and bustle of the old city
