value for money, good location, facilities very old
Great breakfast and wonderful service at the breakfast. The spa area was freshly renovated and smelled of lacquer. The female sauna was not operational. The steam bath (Turkish hammam) was marked as free in the hotel description, but the staff told us that it needed a reservation and wouldn't let us use it. Worst of all and something that is inconceivable for a hotel in this category, they were out...
Ok not great . Dan improve on service , breakfast is good
. Beautiful hotel with good amenities. Excellent service
Very beautiful hotel, every thing was amazing just the breakfast is poor.
Our experience at Marriott Fez was fantastic.Friends holiday with a group of seven adults. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was great . The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive to every detail, making sure we felt at home. It was one of our friends' birthday on the day of arrival and we had a fantastic birthday surprise from the manageress.
Thanks to the entire team...

It’s not a bad hotel, but its rooms are a bit old. I paid 1400D to ask for a normal double room and asked it to be “quite” but it’s not. The room locates right next to a main street so during the whole night you can hear endless cars, motors and police car alarms. The window fully closed yet blocked no noise. AC needs to be replaced to new one as it howling every few minutes like a diesel engine. The...

Great place been here before. Has a nightclub on the side of it but only arab music.
Was not happy with the view would prefer the pool view. Great hotel as always.
Good value hotel, clean, well mannered staff and good location. Wafa idrissi was really nice to deal with made my stay smooth and worry free. Recommend.
skimming pool closes early, breakfast bad quality not organised
A standard large hotel with parking, which is convenient for arriving at night, but the facilities are old, the food is local, and there is a large swimming pool in the center. It is relatively plain and has no special features, but it is solid.

Lovely grounds and interior. Bedroom clean and good shower. Staff very friendly. Good buffet selection but plates cold and sometimes some food not hot enough either.
They boast 5* and it probably was many years ago. You can tell from the reception rooms it was obviously somewhere really special in its day. However the rooms are a let down. Old tired furniture, poorly maintained items, no safe boxes (apparently some rooms had them but you could lift them up!), air con poor.... with some good maintenance they could make the rooms so much better. Buffet style...
Pretty good hotel. The hotel is very luxurious at entry. There are pretty chandeliers and nice Moroccan rugs. The hotel is nice. It was the food that made me drop a star. The food was terrible. Cats were roaming the bottom floor which was very interesting. The pool area was nice and during the night, there was a dj. My room was very nice and other than the food, I have no complaints. I recommend!
It's listed as a 5 stars hotel but it is not a five star

This hotel benefits from a highly convenient location, with numerous dining and shopping options in the vicinity.
Amazing service - clean facilities- staff helpful - just amazing overall stay - food was amazing at the restaurant- was staying during afcon and even with the hustle and bustle of the hotel being a host for a football club . The hotel was exceptionally amazing - walkable to a lot of cafes and restaurants
All good: services, room, breakfast…
The welcome was very cold upon arrival; we didn't feel at all welcome. The service was far from what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel; I'd say it was more like a 2-star. There were many glitches in the available rooms (technical problems, malfunctioning equipment, etc.), which really spoiled the stay despite the hotel's good location.
Very good. Great amenities and breakfast. Super kind staff.
Excellent place, beautiful, lots of things to visit, I really recommend

Amazing hotel! The accommodation was very comfortable, the service was outstanding, and the staff made me feel very welcome. Everything was well organized. I would definitely stay here again.
It was an amazing experience! The place has some amazing views and has a great location.
My belief is firm: the heart and soul of any truly memorable experience are its people and staff. In this regard, my stay was nothing short of extraordinary. After all bad impressions from Morocco this hotel was like a fresh air for us!
Nice and clean room, good beds, they let us to have late check out
Great hotel. Enjoyed the stay at Ramada.
The hotel is conveniently located near the center of the new city. Although it's a bit far from the old city, it's a good option for quieter travelers. The hotel facilities are average, the swimming pool is small on the second floor, and the rooms are of average quality.
The hotel's WiFi coverage is exceptionally comprehensive. Whether in the room, lobby, restaurant, or even in the corners of the hallways, the WiFi signal is strong and never disconnects. I tested it in various locations throughout the hotel and the speed was very stable, allowing me to stream videos, play games, and download files without any issues. Very beautiful Riad! The palace is very beautiful and very large. It really makes you want to stay in the central rooms all day! It’s a very nice oriental atmosphere, with little noise. Beautiful, richly decorated Ryad. Very pleasant for the common areas. Rooms (2 used) decorated, large but with little natural light and little soundproofing. Correct bedding. My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager.

Excellent Staff and Service-great location
I had a wonderful stay at this riad in Fez! The service was truly excellent — the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location is ideal, close to all the main attractions but still peaceful and relaxing. The riad itself is beautiful and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Fez!
We stayed 4 nights at this Riad and it was one of the best Riad we stayed in Morocco.

I booked the most expensive room with a large terrace. I found out that the homestay does not have a swimming pool when I arrived. The terrace is separate and is just a small balcony.

Great museum! Quite extensive coverage of historical details + building itself.
What to watch out:
- it is not a typical ‘Arts’ museum. There are no arts per se. I’d call it history & anthropology
- insanely beautiful building! Pure joy looking at zellige’s and the wooden work
- ISIC students get a free exit!
- normal price is 60 MAD
Amazing amount of information and beautiful artifacts. I also loved the 200 year old garden with its stately specimens. But, they need to put benches opposite the video screens so one can rest one's tired feet while watching. Also, it's a good idea to take some snacks and a drink with you to have midway through, while sitting in the courtyard, to avoid brain overload!! 60 dirham entry fee.
Recommended by a guide and I went with no expectations. It is a newish museum (opened last year) and not many tourists when I visited so you get the whole place to yourself. The signs are in Arabic, English and French which makes it tourist-friendly. Traces the history of Morroco and Islamic arts/culture, the information is easy to digest and interesting. The garden is beautiful and so serene. Great...
Museum of Islamic art ❤️
The museum is wonderful from the inside. There is a large garden that covers half of the museum’s area, which creates a calm and pleasant atmosphere. Inside, you can find many valuable antiques, traditional clothes finely sewn with gold, beautiful carpets, and rare manuscripts that reflect the rich history of the place. The museum also displays various weapons and silver swords...
Absolutely a must visit while you are in Fez. Located next door to Hotel Batha, this museum provides some insights into the incredibly long history of Morocco, of Fez and it's people. You may have the place to yourself, there were literally more guards than visitors and when you see the artifacts you will know why. The gardens and the courtyards are alone worth the price of admission.
Fabulous place to call home in Fès. From top to bottom, the people, the room and the restaurant are all top notch.

Dar Victoria, the urban oasis, has become my happy place. Or happy palace in this case. We were welcomed by Hassan who was wonderfully friendly towards us, while clearly explaining all the in and outs, mapping out how we can make best of our time in Fes. We felt so special, until we saw him extend this unprecedented hospitality to another couple also. Turns out everyone is equal. On the second day...
The Dark Victoria Riad is an totally amazing place to stay in historic Fes. It is located in a narrow side street close to the entrances to the mind-blowing Medina. It is a good thing that it isn't actually in the maze of the Medina as this makes it much easier to come and go with luggage, get taxis etc. Once you enter through the unassuming entrance you are in a central space with the real wow factor...
An exceptional riad with amazing interior design and very polite staff (including a cute cat).
Dar Victoria is a beautiful home in Fes that was transformed into a wonderful guesthouse just steps away from the old Medina. While the rooms were comfortable, the outstanding feature is the attentive service that the staff provides each guest. The daily breakfast provided was a delicious selection of Moroccan flavors, a wonderful way to start every day.
Arnez, Hassan and Ali have the most wonderful, polite and warm personalities. The staff were accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend a visit!

Our stay at Riad 53 was the absolute highlight of our time in Fes. From the moment we stepped off the bustling streets and through the unassuming wooden door, we were transported into a tranquil, architecturally stunning oasis.

Really nice Riad. Our hosts were very very interested in helping us with anything we needed. Beautiful interior. Great breakfast. Great location. Taxi pickup was easy. Room was very spacious. Kids really liked it. We’d definitely stay again.
Dar Attajalli truly exemplifies Moroccan hospitality, with Hamza being an exceptional host. Personally, I really enjoyed my time at Hotel Menzeh Zalagh and I would return here again, both on my own and with my family. The hotel itself is beautifully furnished and decorated - it has a Moroccan flair with Western touches which is a perfect mix for those who want to explore a new culture while still enjoying familiar comforts. My room was comfortable and clean, and all the linen smelt fresh...
The outside property of the hotel is beautiful. The surrounding area looks terrible. The rooms have balconies facing the pool or garden view. My room was okay. The rooms could stand some improvements and better housekeeping. The location did have transportation.
The staff at the hotel, especially the reception staff were very courteous and helpful throughout my stay. Overall experience staying at Zalagh was great! I would prefer to stay again if I visit FEZ next.

Excellent riad, located at the entrance to the Medina, easily accessible by taxi from the train station. Friendly staff, clean, cozy. Very comfortable mattresses to relax and get a good night's sleep. A great breakfast with a wide variety. I will definitely come back to this place again)
The staff are very friendly, but as it's a family-run business, it has a strong local feel.
