Great place been here before. Has a nightclub on the side of it but only arab music. Was not happy with the view would prefer the pool view. Great hotel as always.

A standard large hotel with parking, which is convenient for arriving at night, but the facilities are old, the food is local, and there is a large swimming pool in the center. It is relatively plain and has no special features, but it is solid.

Lovely grounds and interior. Bedroom clean and good shower. Staff very friendly. Good buffet selection but plates cold and sometimes some food not hot enough either.

They boast 5* and it probably was many years ago. You can tell from the reception rooms it was obviously somewhere really special in its day. However the rooms are a let down. Old tired furniture, poorly maintained items, no safe boxes (apparently some rooms had them but you could lift them up!), air con poor.... with some good maintenance they could make the rooms so much better. Pretty good hotel. The hotel is very luxurious at entry. There are pretty chandeliers and nice Moroccan rugs. The hotel is nice. It was the food that made me drop a star. The food was terrible. Cats were roaming the bottom floor which was very interesting. The pool area was nice and during the night, there was a dj. My room was very nice and other than the food, I have no complaints. The welcome was very cold upon arrival; we didn't feel at all welcome. The service was far from what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel; I'd say it was more like a 2-star. There were many glitches in the available rooms (technical problems, malfunctioning equipment, etc.), which really spoiled the stay despite the hotel's good location.

Parking is very convenient. There is a whole private area. It feels very safe. The hotel room is also very large. The room has a good view. You can see the old city. It is very cost-effective for more than 500 per night. The hygiene is also very clean.

The hotel is easy to find, right near the Blue Gate. However, traditional accommodations like this often have drawbacks such as poor soundproofing and a cold temperature. But the price is indeed reasonable, the hot water supply is good, and the owner is friendly and patient.

Excellent riad, located at the entrance to the Medina, easily accessible by taxi from the train station. Friendly staff, clean, cozy. Very comfortable mattresses to relax and get a good night's sleep. A great breakfast with a wide variety. I will definitely come back to this place again)

The staff are very friendly, but as it's a family-run business, it has a strong local feel. I had trouble opening the door in the morning, and there was no one at the front desk, so I called the emergency number, but there was no response. The facilities are adequate, but the place isn't very clean. I recommend this place for budget travelers.

We enjoyed our stay at this riad. The host gave us a warm welcome and was able to arrange a taxi for us at 3 a.m. at a good price. The rooms are simply good for the price. Our room had air conditioning, a TV with YouTube, and good Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The hotel's WiFi coverage is exceptionally comprehensive. Whether in the room, lobby, restaurant, or even in the corners of the hallways, the WiFi signal is strong and never disconnects. A nice place to stay. Very beautiful grounds and roof top bar with view. The rooms are small but well appointed and comfortable. The location allows you to walk to the Medina and start your adventure. The area is a little sketchy and feels somewhat unsafe after dark. This is one of the most spectacular Riads in Fez. In a small, it is quiet, it is elegant. The service is impeccable and the food is amazing. Beautiful riad interior, lovely rooms with high ceilings, but the great part really is the staff, who were super friendly and accommodating, they gave us a free upgrade as it was quiet. It was a very cute room with an Arabian feel! The toilet and shower room was next to the room across the hallway, which was a little inconvenient, but I was able to stay there comfortably!

This should be the best hotel in the medina of Fez. It is worthy of being a Relais & Chateaux hotel. The French pay great attention to details. Absolutely a must visit while you are in Fez. Located next door to Hotel Batha, this museum provides some insights into the incredibly long history of Morocco, of Fez and it's people. You may have the place to yourself, there were literally more guards than visitors and when you see the artifacts you will know why. The gardens and the courtyards are alone worth the price of admission.
