Very good. Great amenities and breakfast. Super kind staff.
Excellent place, beautiful, lots of things to visit, I really recommend
Clean room, convenient transportation
No parking for a hotel in town is complicated
Overall very good, very convenient location, very close to the ancient city.
The location was great, close to the bus stop for Chefchaouen and the train station, so it was easy to get around. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of the new city. Although it's a bit far from the old city, it's a good option for quieter travelers. The hotel facilities are average, the swimming pool is small on the second floor, and the rooms are of average quality.
The hotel's WiFi coverage is exceptionally comprehensive. Whether in the room, lobby, restaurant, or even in the corners of the hallways, the WiFi signal is strong and never disconnects. I tested it in various locations throughout the hotel and the speed was very stable, allowing me to stream videos, play games, and download files without any issues. For someone who needs to be online at all times...
Good hotelcwith good staff, the hotel manager is so kind and nice!
The staff were amazing and the room was very big
Clean & comfortable room & beds. Bathroom had extra towels & a bathrobe like at home! Breakfast buffet had ample of choices. Front-desk & kitchen staff was extra kind to send hot water+salt in room for a nasty cold & sore throat (gargling) & even allowed to take steam inhalation in hotel's kitchen under supervision!
Excellent hotel, but the best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff, especially Ms. Manal and Ms. Jihan (at the reception), who dealt with us with all honesty and their service was excellent. فندق ممتاز لكن افضل ما في الفندق هو طاقم العمل الرائع وخاصة الانسة منال والانسة جيهان ( في الاستقبال ) الذين تعاملوا معنا بكل صدق وخدمتهم ممتازة ،

A hotel in the Moroccan city of Fez, located on a main street. Clean and elegant, the staff are very polite, and their breakfast is amazing. I advise anyone who goes to Fez to stay there.
We thank Abdelghani and his team, as well as the reception and floor staff for their professionalism, attentiveness and kindness. I highly recommend this hotel!

I loved this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can change all kinds of foreign money at the desk. I was able to change two different kinds of money into dirhams. The staff that greeted me and took my luggage up was wonderful. The views from the bedroom windows over the city are gorgeous. You can look out into the city and at night the lights twinkle. I didn't even want to close...
I came for drinks at the bar rather than staying in the actual hotel itself. However, on the way out I used the ATM machine in the lobby. It did NOT notify me that it would be taking a fee and did NOT notify me what that fee would be. When the transaction went through it took 65dh. DO NOT USE THIS ATM - UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HIT WITH HIGH HIDDEN FEES. Very Disappointing!!!
It is excellent hotel and good accomodation and meals and good rate . I visited it and I enjoyed the staying there . I hope to visit it later gdfgfdgdfgfdgdfgfdgfddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd
Got a very good price and stayed two nights visiting old Fez which is just below the hotel- see photos of the view! Breakfast was fine with delicious pastries and freshly cooked omelettes. Try and avoid going to eat when the large tour groups are in. Room was perfect and very large. Only problem was trying to get a taxi back to the hotel. Many drivers refused for some reason and said they were...
Its not a new hotel so has a good position out of town overlooking the valley. It has a cool open air pool. The flies can be a big of a nuisance if sunbathing Rooms are a good size, clean and some have super views over the valley. This is the biggest plus Staff are nice though reception can be a little frosty Dinner buffets are nice enough. Breakfasts are poor and poorly organised Coffee is instant...

It's a nice hotel. The breakfast is very limited. Nothing exceptional for the price.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An unexpected Moroccan traditional courtyard experience! ** The **Volubilis Hotel** that I stayed at in Fez this time was really great! The hotel is located in the old city of Medina, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the Blue Gate of Boujilou. The location is super convenient. As soon as I entered the door, I was amazed by the Moroccan traditional courtyard. The mosaic tiles and carved...

There were positives and negatives. Positives- room was very nice decorated, fruit and little gifts were in the room Very close to a mall and McDonalds. Negatives- pool closed, far from medina. I can't understand how this commands such a high price.
I booked this hotel very last minute during a week when Fez was almost fully booked — and I couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff was incredibly responsive and easy to reach, both by phone and through online platforms. Special thanks to the gentleman at the front desk who spoke with me over the phone — so kind, professional, and truly attentive. He went above and beyond to accommodate my requests...

I liked this hotel and extended my stay for another week. The room is clean and quiet, there is air conditioning, good plumbing, and a desk for a laptop. The breakfast is hearty: oatmeal, pancakes with strawberry jam, a sandwich with sausage and melted cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, pastries, Moroccan hour, fresh orange juice. I haven't gotten tired of this menu in all my days. The medina of Fes can...
The place was central, clean and the personal super helpful. The bed was comfortable (hard).
Huda at the reception was fantastic, she was so attentive and nothing is too much for her, she booked us a room, answers all our questions, orginse taxis, she is profesionales and go that extra mile for you. Thank you so much for lovley stay.
Pleasant and helpful staff, the restaurant is very good so I recommend

Easy to find and get around the medina. Fantastic views from the terrace. Excellent service, always someone to help. Lots of tea 😁
Highly recommended. Beautiful traditional layout and décor. Discreetly restored, not standardized. In some senses not modernized either but everything important more than satisfactory (hot water, toilet, wi-fi, clean, comfortable). Yassine is an extraordinarily helpful host, from arranging and meeting the shuttle taxi to carrying our bags back to it when we left at 6am.
Hi is very frist riad in fez im like service is very. Profisonnelle
Great location, easy to get to by car and right next to the street market and restaurants. Very welcoming staff and quirky decoration. Certain rooms have a lot of stairs to get to but it’s worth the effort if you can negotiate them. There are also ground floor bedrooms.
A very nice riad. Cosy room with good service. Love this place.

We had a newly refurbished room which was good but lacked a few finishing touches like hooks to hang the towels on, others in the group had older bathrooms. The hotel is currently being refurbished. The WiFi worked well. The hotel has an outside bar, called the British Saloon, which shows football matches and then has a DJ playing music until midnight. This was quite busy but a real noise problem for...
Simple, modern and clean hotel, with spacious room. Efficient staff. Room have all amenities, some with balcony. Thought the room was facing the street, it was pretty quiet. Network has a very bad coverage and speed, non-existent in the room.
Location for exploration is perfect! Stayed 2 nights as part of a tour, and have also stayed 2 nights in 2014. Not much changed.! Very quirky décor and design, relic of a bygone age when inhabited by British diplomats. Steps up to bathroom ,sunken bath. Separate toilet. Heating worked fine. Spare blanket available. Normal size single bed, firm, comfortable Swimming pool inviting (but not in December...
Central indeed. A close copy of a ryad, okay but very spartan decorated rooms. There is a bed! No tables no chairs - not even at the spacious balcony (which in my perspective is foolish) The bathroom has a submerged bathtub which makes it unsuitable for people with physical disabilities or just as I, bad legs and hips. Toilet is separated by itself. BUT - and that is a huge BUT - the bar is as the...
Beautiful hotel in authentic Maroccain style. The employees are wonderful. Really nice people, from the waiter to the hotelmanager. They really make you feel welcome, explain everything in excellent English and are very open. You can ask anything. The food is really good. We got spoiled with real tasty food. If we are coming to Fes again, we will definitely stay at this hotel!
When you have a room facing the bar you will have a lot of noise from it, but it closes around 23h. We went on a tour in a group., this included dinner. The food was not really bad, but certainly not great either. The WiFi doesn’t work everywhere in the rooms, but worked great in the public areas. Very close tho the beautiful gate Bab Boujloud.

The room I stayed in was spacious, well-lit, and very clean. The decor was a lovely mix of traditional Moroccan tiles and simple modern touches. The bed was comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom had hot water, fresh towels daily, and was spotless.
I stayed at Hotel Jnane Sbile for three nights during my trip to Fez, and I must say it was an excellent choice. The hotel is located just a short walk from the entrance to the old medina, which made it incredibly convenient to explore the city's historic sites. The famous Jnan Sbil gardens are just across the street, and I loved taking early morning walks there before starting my day

Very happy with this hotel. Mid October of this year. Rooms at 180 dh solo. Very clean, housekeeping every day. Excellent value. I would come back to that. I don't quite understand the negative reviews. Maybe a change of owner?
There are supposedly expensive and cheap rooms I had a cheap one so without heating.
