Great place been here before. Has a nightclub on the side of it but only arab music. Was not happy with the view would prefer the pool view. Great hotel as always.

A standard large hotel with parking, which is convenient for arriving at night, but the facilities are old, the food is local, and there is a large swimming pool in the center. It is relatively plain and has no special features, but it is solid.

Lovely grounds and interior. Bedroom clean and good shower. Staff very friendly. Good buffet selection but plates cold and sometimes some food not hot enough either.

They boast 5* and it probably was many years ago. You can tell from the reception rooms it was obviously somewhere really special in its day. However the rooms are a let down. Old tired furniture, poorly maintained items, no safe boxes (apparently some rooms had them but you could lift them up!), air con poor.... with some good maintenance they could make the rooms so much better. Pretty good hotel. The hotel is very luxurious at entry. There are pretty chandeliers and nice Moroccan rugs. The hotel is nice. It was the food that made me drop a star. The food was terrible. Cats were roaming the bottom floor which was very interesting. The pool area was nice and during the night, there was a dj. My room was very nice and other than the food, I have no complaints. Parking is very convenient. There is a whole private area. It feels very safe. The hotel room is also very large. The room has a good view. You can see the old city. It is very cost-effective for more than 500 per night. The hygiene is also very clean.

The welcome was very cold upon arrival; we didn't feel at all welcome. The service was far from what you'd expect from a 4-star hotel; I'd say it was more like a 2-star. There were many glitches in the available rooms (technical problems, malfunctioning equipment, etc.), which really spoiled the stay despite the hotel's good location.

Very good location which near the Fes train station and 10 minutes walking distance to the nearest shopping mall. Free football live streaming with big TV inside the hotel that’s very fit for football lovers. Food quality is nice at the restaurant with reasonable price. Really like the location, just beside the train station. The service was very good, they changed my room when I complained about the hair dryer that not working. The restaurant located nearby swimming pool, very nice view during breakfast

“Vacation and luxury” The receptionist checked us in quickly, and after we confirmed our room online, they responded clearly and promptly. The housekeeping service was attentive and the explanations were clear. All the hotel staff were friendly and polite, and the housekeeping was excellent. Highly recommended.

This place is wonderful but its the staff that makes it amazing. Particularly the restaurant staff - the lead server Ahmed makes you feel at home and takes the best care. I always have a wonderful experience because of him. Definetly go to the Moroccan restaurant, such professionals there!!

The hotel itself is great, the bedding is very comfortable and the service is good. However, avoid room 006. There's a laundry room downstairs, and you'll hear the dryer constantly from 10 am to 10 pm 😢

I went only for the fabulous views of the mountains and the city. Perhaps because it was getting late, I had the worst service: we waited for ever to get the food and drinks.

I loved this place. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. You can change all kinds of foreign money at the desk. I was able to change two different kinds of money into dirhams. I came for drinks at the bar rather than staying in the actual hotel itself. However, on the way out I used the ATM machine in the lobby. It did NOT notify me that it would be taking a fee and did NOT notify me what that fee would be. When the transaction went through it took 65dh. DO NOT USE THIS ATM - UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE HIT WITH HIGH HIDDEN FEES. Very Disappointing!!!

The hotel is conveniently located near the center of the new city. Although it's a bit far from the old city, it's a good option for quieter travelers. The hotel facilities are average, the swimming pool is small on the second floor, and the rooms are of average quality.

The hotel's WiFi coverage is exceptionally comprehensive. Whether in the room, lobby, restaurant, or even in the corners of the hallways, the WiFi signal is strong and never disconnects. I tested it in various locations throughout the hotel and the speed was very stable, allowing me to stream videos, play games, and download files without any issues. The Dark Victoria Riad is an totally amazing place to stay in historic Fes. It is located in a narrow side street close to the entrances to the mind-blowing Medina. Dar Victoria is a beautiful home in Fes that was transformed into a wonderful guesthouse just steps away from the old Medina. While the rooms were comfortable, the outstanding feature is the attentive service that the staff provides each guest. The daily breakfast provided was a delicious selection of Moroccan flavors, a wonderful way to start every day.

Arnez, Hassan and Ali have the most wonderful, polite and warm personalities. The staff were accommodating and friendly! Highly recommend a visit!

The location is conveniently located to the parking lot by the pharmacy. It’s a beautiful renovated traditional Riad with some modern update and a full service hammam attached. The common areas are nicely appointed starting with a nice fountain for swimming, and an adjacent reading room with a cozy fireplace to relax and wind down and recount your adventures in the souks.

The Riad is a but outside the city center, super easy to reach though. The stay was super nice and comfortable. And the food we were served was made with so much love, that we felt like home. It’s very clean and they pay lot of attention to the guest needs. Totally recommend. And get a dinner at their place ;)

The outside property of the hotel is beautiful. The surrounding area looks terrible. The rooms have balconies facing the pool or garden view. My room was okay. The rooms could stand some improvements and better housekeeping. The location did have transportation.

This large hotel has great views, is in a good location, short walk to a large, modern shopping centre. There is a train nearby below the hotel and you do hear it but its not too loud. Nice restaraunt with buffet breakfast. There is a small shop across the road to buy water etc. Shower over the bath. Has WiFi. Nice pool area and terrace balcony.

The hotel is easy to find, right near the Blue Gate. However, traditional accommodations like this often have drawbacks such as poor soundproofing and a cold temperature. But the price is indeed reasonable, the hot water supply is good, and the owner is friendly and patient.

The staff are very friendly, but as it's a family-run business, it has a strong local feel. I had trouble opening the door in the morning, and there was no one at the front desk, so I called the emergency number, but there was no response. The facilities are adequate, but the place isn't very clean. I recommend this place for budget travelers.

Recommended by a guide and I went with no expectations. It is a newish museum (opened last year) and not many tourists when I visited so you get the whole place to yourself. Absolutely a must visit while you are in Fez. Located next door to Hotel Batha, this museum provides some insights into the incredibly long history of Morocco, of Fez and it's people. You may have the place to yourself, there were literally more guards than visitors and when you see the artifacts you will know why. The gardens and the courtyards are alone worth the price of admission.
