Old and dilapidated, everything was broken down, the windows weren't soundproof, the room was damp, and the bedding was damp too, making it difficult to sleep soundly at night. The reception staff were unprofessional, sometimes warm and sometimes cold. They would help with luggage, but offered no other services, and the breakfast was poor.

Riad located in Medina not far from main sights. It was really beautiful inside. Ceiling in the room was very high and there were three windows inside. Administrator was very polite and caring. There were a lot of stairs inside.

The staff were incredibly kind! I was worried because they couldn't speak any English, but they helped me with things like airport transfers. I was also impressed by the daily room cleaning, with their thoughtfulness and attention to detail, tailored to the guests. My only complaint was that there were stains and dirt on the bath towels. The location was also convenient!

What an incredible riad! The location is wonderful and convenient; you won't get lost even if you try. The room was cleaned daily, and they provided excellent toiletries for both shower and body. The room had air conditioning, so we spent the cold nights warm. The windows and shutters were stunningly beautiful, with a beautiful view of the courtyard. Overall the Riad is good. The issues we had were the Heater in the room is small and the heater in the bathroom was not working. Safe in the room was spoilt too there wasn't any replacement. The Royal Suite we stayed in was dark there wasn't sufficient lighting. Mohammed was kind enough to get a standing lamp and place in our room. My favorite riad we stayed in in Morocco. Incredibly stylish, the service, breakfasts, amenities—literally everything was perfect. The room was simply luxurious. And the terrace 😍😍

Yusuf is an incredible host, made sure my needs were met and was very kind.

Not perfect but good for people who want to be close to the Zawiyah Tijani. The hotel has ethnic decorations style. And all staff is very careful. Love it.

The staff was helpful, the food was great and I loved the cos cos with chicken . Breakfast was excellent honestly I was impressed . The lady who fixed breakfast, waiter I could not remember sis name and Yusuf all great . Location quite central to my needs .

Beautiful place with excellent service. We went as a group and they treated us really well. The rooms were clean, the food was good, and the staff truly exceeded expectations. The owner, Rechid, was a kind and extremely helpful guy who was always there to tend to whatever we needed. Highly recommended.

The most friendly hotel that I visit. Clean, comfortable bed, good continental breakfast. I was in many hotels in all world and the Riad Passiflora in Fez is in the top 😍. Owner and staff are always ready to help in any problems in foreign city

We had a great stay at the Riad Passiflora. It's about a 20 minute taxi ride to the old medina but it's only 10 minutes from the airport which worked well for our early flight home. The hospitality was amazing and they treated our three year old very well. Would recommend to those who are visiting Fes.

Amazing and friendly staff and the owner speak english well. hotel was really nice with different amenities, food was very tasty, room comfortable, clean and with ac and good shower and big rooms. There is hammam service and comes also with pool

The hotel is nice, it has outdoor pool and furniture to chill out. The food is served with the view of the pool. The rooms are basic but have everything you need, shower with good hot water and pressure, AC and the basic needs. The host was very friendly too and when we needed to throw a party, they quickly organised an area for us to have fun. Highly Recommend!

My husband and I had the most amazing time at the hammam spa in Palais Faraj Hotel in Fes. We honestly cannot remember the last time we felt so relaxed and pampered. We very much enjoyed our stay here in this lovely hotel and grounds, situated on the south edge of the Medina. Special mentions to Mehania(?) on reception, and the porterage team, all very friendly and efficient. Also to all the staff in the restaurant on the top floor for service. The breakfast is spectacular. And my partner was delighted to spot 2 wild tortoises on the terrace!
