Well this hotel is pretty decent I would say, but seems to have deteriorated from the previous years, hope they can maintain their upkeep, the location is good

They require you to let them keep your passport while you stay there. This means that you then would not have your passport with you in case you are stopped by police for any reason, needed to change money, or needed to do anything else which requires a passport. This demonstrates a complete lack of understanding about foreign travelers by the management of this hotel. Foreigners best advised to avoid this place.
The staff are generally friendly and just going along with management/owner policies.
The breakfast was pretty good.
The elevator is very slow and you need to plan about 10 extra minutes, possibly, if you leave in the morning, to get out of this hotel.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Everything was great – clean, and the staff was friendly. They did implement a slightly odd rule this time where you have to leave your passport at the reception for immigration purposes, but oh well.

The hotel is located on the main road, however we could sleep and no noise from outside. But the room was not good except than the bed was comfy. The room really need to be renovated as the color was peeling off and the you can see bare cement wall (as well in the toilet). The body soap bottle was not refilled and the night lamp was not working. Some of the towels seemed to be old as well. However they have smart tv in the room. But I will Not recommend anyone to come unless you can accept this condition which I hope we will do something with the mentioned problems.

I really liked the hotel: the staff were very friendly, the room was simple yet well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent.

The service is ok, breakfast was good.
BUT bath towel provided was torn! The pillow cover seems black! and my room slippers seems to disappear daily!
my child blanket was tucked into the bed and i found a bug on the bed!
I went out for the day and came back in the evening and found food bits on the floor near the door and there were ants around it!
Best is when we sent our clothes for outside laundry service, it was delivered back to the hotel, however the hotel staff unable to find it. Until we checked with the laundry service and questioned the hotel staff on the laundry bag that was delivered to the hotel. Finally after multiple questioning, our laundry were sent to our room.
