1. Located in an alley, it's a secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle. However, there are still some upscale bars and restaurants nearby, within walking distance, and the alleyway leads to a busy street, so it's not inconvenient.
2. The interior clearly shows its age, but it's still clean overall, indicating that the hotel is well-maintained.
3. The rooms have basic amenities, but I found the beds surprisingly comfortable and easy to sleep in, and the air conditioning was also quite effective.
4. Breakfast is served as a buffet; the selection wasn't extensive, but I found the taste quite good, unlike other restaurants that may have a wide variety but are often too salty.
5. However, the location is somewhat far from any tourist attractions or bustling areas, so I recommend it for those who just want to stay in the hotel and don't want to go out for a relaxing day. With such comfortable beds, it's worth spending time lounging around.

The location is good. Rooms are spacious. The Wi-Fi connection is bad in lower floors. I stayed on the 4th floor and had to open mobile data all the time. The food is average. No breakfast served. But there are tea shops, small restaurants around the hotel.

The upper management/ ownership of this hotel are awful. Stay far away.

Great price, nice rooms, decent breakfast.
Housekeeping really flexible, could rebook it for any time of the day.
However had a bad experience when I requested a late checkout, they tried charging me half the price of the daily room rate ($20) for an extra 2 hours. The hotel was practically empty so this felt a little bad. Never had this before, just a yes or a no, never a charge.

Nice restaurant for lunch and dinner. Sashimi menu is so so but other menu are generally good.

I love their hotpot soup base. But I think their meat and vegetables are not fresh and the price is seems expensive comparing with their food quality
