I stayed up all night and asked for a refund for the rest of my stay, but they refused. Does Trip.com list motels like this without even conducting a site inspection? Never even open a motel like this on your app...

The hotel is dirty and smell of the cigarettes is bad. I couldn't sleep during the night because of mosquitos. It seemed there were hundreds of them there. But the hotel stuff is very friendly and they helped me with the taxi.

Despite of staff does their best, the hotel is terrible. Everything is old and dirty. The linens and towels should be thrown out and put new ones. There is no hot water. And I saw many cockroaches.
