While the service from everyone was incredibly warm and welcoming, and both the breakfast and dinner options were excellent, the rooms unfortunately did not meet expectations. They felt quite outdated and would benefit from upgrades, especially with more modern TVs and updated interiors. Considering the price charged, the rooms did not fully reflect good value for money.
Overall, everything else was perfect particularly the hospitality ,but the rooms definitely need renovation to match the quality of service provided.

We randomly chose this place without much expectation, but the buffet turned out to be surprisingly good 👍
The weather in the mountains changes a lot, so don’t expect too much from the view, but overall the stay was still quite decent.

Absolutely amazing location, with beautiful rooms. The staff here are really wonderful and will make your stay here perfect. My wife is vegan and when we went to the restaurant the chef came out and chatted with us and explained what he could do for us. He and Manoj went above and beyond what I'd expect in a restaurant and really made our time there memorable. I've worked in the service industry all my life and the customer service they provided was exceptional. I'm not one to usually mention names but in this case it is necessary. Thanks again Manoj

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mystic Mountain Hotel, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, relaxing, and absolutely beautiful. The views are breathtaking, the property is well-maintained, and the overall ambiance makes it the perfect getaway.
What really made my stay exceptional, though, was the outstanding service — especially from our server, Pujun. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our visit. Pujun went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. His friendly personality and professional attitude made dining at the hotel even more enjoyable.
It’s staff members like Pujun who turn a great trip into an amazing one. I highly recommend Mystic Mountain Hotel to anyone looking for relaxation, stunning scenery, and top-tier service. I can’t wait to visit again!

The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. It’s really quite interesting to overlook view from the top. Moreover, the dinner and breakfast spread was also quite tasty. I will certainly return during my next visit and will recommend my friends and family as well.

We spent two nights with our family on short holiday n the experience was excellent. The property is located in one of the best locations, surrounded by mature natural surroundings, offering breathtaking views of the many mountains, valleys, villages n a beautiful sunrise. The environment is very peaceful, making it an ideal destination for a relaxing holiday stay.

The hospitality was warm n welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, warm, spacious n fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The beautifully decorated rooms added great comfort n charm to the overall experience. The food was outstanding tasty, organic, hygienic n well prepared with a wide variety of options available in both buffet and à la carte restaurants. Room service was available at any time, which was very convenient.

The staff across all departments were extremely helpful n professional. Special thanks to Mr. Umesh n Binesh, who were truly awesome n made our stay even more memorable. The hotel offers excellent facilities, including a hot water jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym, kids playstation, a small hiking area n a pleasant cultural touch. It is very family n kids friendly n offers great value for money.

Overall, it was a peaceful n memorable holiday experience. Thank u everyone for the warm hospitality during our stay. I highly recommend everyone to visit at least once.
