Last night I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Mystic Mountain, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As a hotelier myself, I have high standards when it comes to service, and I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I entered the hotel until my check-out, every aspect of my stay was remarkable.

A special thank you to the room service team—though I regret not catching the name of the wonderful waitress who attended to me, her professionalism and attentiveness were truly commendable. The front desk team was equally impressive, providing seamless assistance throughout my stay.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Manoj Nepal, whose friendly demeanor and flexibility made a significant difference. It was evident that he comes from a strong background in hospitality, and his dedication to guest satisfaction shone through.

I loved this place so much. It is so refreshing and beautiful. It has so much things to do, we had great time playing ping-pong there and even has large basketball court, flower garden,swimming pools, great dining hall with large variety of food available. I must say, this is best location from where we can see the whole mountain range at once. Nothing exaggerating, this is perfect place if you are planning to spend a nice weekend with you family. I played games, relaxed near the swimming pool enjoying the view of eye catching mountain ranges and its cool breeze.
The breakfast here was so good with variety of options for both vegan and non vegan and including all most all kind of dishes representing the world. Even the architectural designs were so eye pleasing. The staffs here were so humble and nice. I must say this is the coolest place in Nagarkot for business, seminars, workshop, spending weekends.
To reach at this place you might have to travel through the rough roads, but trust me you will end up with something amazing and pleasing. Hope you will have great fun and refreshment there. 😊

This was an amazing hotel in nagorkot. We stay here for one night. But room quality & there service was amazing..

So far our families have visited here twice, spent four nights in total. Very wonderful experience, the view is outstanding, room is clean, staff is friend. And I enjoy the breakfast and dinner buffet a lot. Oh, we really love the swimming pool, so friendly to those afraid of cold water like me.

Wow! Where do i begin, I had a gorgeous 2 night stay at this beautiful hotel😍. The staff seem very nice and never letting a smile leave their faces.🥰 Rooms were very comfortable with a great view. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a business or family trip.😍 Everything was of top standard thing and well maintained. We had a great time eating delicious food at restaurant. All staff were committed to great service and very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome😍
