Worst service I have ever visted in my lifetime.
They were like fraud...their agents took us in this hotel and after we reached their agents told we were include meals, breakfast, club and all in only hotel price...After 1 hour their agents ran away and we asked to their receptionist they said they don't know who were they even phn no. Is saved on their mobile

It's budget hotel ,staf is good and friendly but no water no coffee powder and no milk powder

Stayed there only one night. The room was clean, bed comfortable and shower relaxing with plenty of hot water. We ordered momo and wai wai sadeko to eat with some beers. The service was VERY fast and the food tasty. I was held back by some previous reviews from a few years ago and came in not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised and would be happy to stay here again.

Though we booked a AC room there were none, no proper lightong, bathroom items, and the TV didn't work as well. The breakfast was the worst ever. Plates were not clean. Worst experience

Now it is reconstructed and build nicely..
•There is good designed Rooms as well as good service.

I stayed in this Lodge for 3 days. It is located near Ratnapark, Bagbazar bridge. The room is well suited and thr is a facility for parking.

I have stayed on 25/06/2022 to 26/06/2022 and booked 1 room number 207 and paid at the time of booking after 1 hour the manager call us and said that we have booked 3 rooms and forced to pay for them if not paid he will call to police we all are afraid of police because we all are Indian and there is nothing known us so we decided to pay and finally he paid us for 3 rooms forcely. So never come to Taj hotel Kathmandu visitors pls pls never book this hotel in any time or situation. The staff and manager is so bad in nature. Never come this hotel.

This hotel is situated at Bagbazaar in Kanpur. Little bit harsh to find its location. I have stayed here with my friends. Hotel is currently under renovation but still we get the rooms. They have all types of room with ample space in each room. Good space for parking the multiple vehicles. As I told you in beginning that due to renovation few services are affected like laundry, room service, restaurant and etc. Even though they are try there best. Thanks 🙏

* Most crazy thing i find was a window without any door in it and you can see sitting in main room.
