Clean environment, friendly staff, and a very pleasant overall experience. 😊
I gave them a chance to spray it out assuming it was a one off case. It wasn’t, after first spray, multiple large cockroaches came out.
After 2nd spray and multiple requests to change the room, they told me they had no room available due to the weekend.
On 3rd time at 10 pm, I told them I need to leave as the cockroaches had started to climb in bed.
Suddenly there is a room available. So clearly they intentionally withheld the room. No idea in what world is this kind of behavior acceptable.
Absolutely terrible service. I had informed them that I’m coming from a hospital, and still this is how they decide to treat me.
No idea how the new room will turn out to be.
