The location of this Hotel is classic. This hotel is right in the market place thamal.... I stayed in this hotel on the 2nd of May 25. I did not have lunch or dinner due to my tour plan. I had breakfast which is not up to the mark and standard. Food quality is average. The room service is also not professional. I have to request everything, like soap, shampoo, and towel by calling the reception. Ideally, when a hotel hand over the room , they have to ensure that all things are in place. Honestly, this hotel is not value for money but due to its location, they are charging a bit High for the room. If you want to enjoy the night life of kathmandu and do the shopping in thamel Market, this is the right place to stay. This hotel has good ambience

I've never felt so unsafe before in a hotel, and I've stayed in some one-star guesthouses and hostels and those are even better than this. At 8am in the morning, on my bed, I could hear someone with card trying to enter my room and they tried few times and even tried to push the door. As a female traveler, I always double lock my door. After 5 minutes, I went to check through the hole, and there was a man and a housekeeping lady. I opened the door and asked what's wrong. The man was just laughing nervously and said it's a mistake. I went down to the reception and the lady told me there was a misunderstanding and they thought that was a room that has checked out so they wanted to clean it. I could understand the "mistake" but surely the housekeeping team can double check with the supervisor when they realize that the door is locked from inside, instead of trying to forcefully open the door (at 8am) with the help of another man. Imagine if I haven't double locked the door, things could have gone worse. Safety has always been my main priority, and this hotel definitely doesn't seem to prioritize that. Plus, this is an old hotel, from the lift, bathroom, and towels. With the same amount of money, you could've done yourself a good favour and stayed somewhere better and safer than this hotel.

A 4-star hotel located in Thamel area of Kathmandu and is 15 mins away from Tribhuvan International Airport. It is one of the grandeur collosal hotel in Kathmandu. A welcome drink was giver before check-in. The lobby and reception desk is a bit spacious. There is a bar and above it is a portrait of the former Nepalese royal family. The rooms are small having basic amenities live TV, bathroom, double bed etc. The corridor is narrow. It has an outdoor pool, spa, conference room, travel desk, a dining area, an elevator, free WiFi etc. It also has a small fountain and a small parking space. The hotel service was good. Many local as well as foreign tourists stay at this hotel. Overall, had a pleasant and a relaxed stay at this hotel.

The worst hotel. We came back from a long trek only to find lukewarm water for a shower. The front desk personnel knew very well about lukewarm water and showed no emotions to our complaint.

Also, the air conditioner is set to show 23 degrees, but it is running as a slow fan only. None of the compressors in any of the rooms is functional. Try opening the window and listening to the compressor sound from any of the rooms. There is none.

The bathroom cleanliness is subpar. Overall a very bad hotel to stay.

I stayed a total of 14 nights at this hotel and I'm really impressed with the service I received. Every morning when I went down for the buffet breakfast, which offered a variety of options, I'd be greeted with smiles by the kitchen staff. They really saw to my every need each morning. I like tea made a certain way and they made it each morning. The management was also very friendly and attentive. I got a little sick, as many travellers to this country do, and they helped me find a remedy. My flight home was later in the evening and I got an extra late checkout upon asking. All in all, it really was the staff as a whole that made my stay memorable and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nepal.

The hotel has Excellent ambience despite being located in the crowded and noisy Thamel area. The hotel has adequate parking space making it much more convenient for guests. I also rate the service provided at the hotel as good. The food is good overall. But the best part of the hotel is the very friendly and responsive staff.

hotel Vaishali ,though it's inside the corner,however,staffs curtesy,rooms are good,housekeeping staffs were nice.the bed was good to sleep.breakfast was good too with choices. hospitality was nice and good.always show respect to theguest.

Vaishali provided a decent stay. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit outdated. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient for our needs. While the breakfast was satisfactory. Overall, it was a standard hotel experience. Thank you

The place is great. But the foods are not spicy enough as it should be. The price is okay. Overall nice place to eat korean food. I recommend you guys to eat bibimbap there. It’s really tasty.

Cook for yourself or order it from the kitchen, both ways it is great. Had Korean food for dinner for 3 and paid 4400 which is around 44 usd. The food is cheap and is good. The only downside is crammed up ambiance. But, fairly big for a place like Thamel. The nicest thing, it has parking.
