Do not stay at that hotel! The glass shower door shattered and injured me at my hotel room. Now I am staying at the hospital with quite a long rehabilitation awaiting, missed my international flight, will not be able to work for a while etc. No one from Hotel Thamel Park has contacted me or apologized. Like nothing has happened. There are much nicer / cheaper / less crowded and noisy hotels to stay in Kathmandu.

Friendly staff, great hospitality. Everything you need when you are tired after a long trek as the Everest base camp trek. Restaurant, spa and other features are excellent. If you need to relax, take your time to stay in the spa for a relaxing massage.

I had booked a room in the garden area of Hotel Thamel Park, expecting a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, the experience was quite the opposite. The staff at the spa, especially the girls, were constantly shouting on their phones and speaking very loudly on loudspeakers. It was extremely unprofessional and disruptive to guests trying to relax. This completely ruined the calm atmosphere one would expect in such a setting. My honest suggestion: avoid this hotel if you're looking for peace and quiet. There are better options nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Thamel Park. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Thamel but still peaceful and quiet. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. A great choice if you’re staying in Kathmandu!

Wonderful central hotel hotel. Great cocktails on the roof with beautiful views of the city. Excellent buffet breakfast. Walking distance to all the tourist locations 🙂 Friendly staff. Clean and great hot shower. Free drinking water. Aircon.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights, staying in two types of rooms, each with its own advantages. good! ️The room is small and I couldn't open two suitcases, but the hygiene is good. The garden room is large, but the hygiene is a little inadequate

My second time at Thamel Park. Thamel Park is located in Thamel. A busy and quite noisy area, but the hotel is quietly with a nice garden with lots of trees and flowers. A perfect place to eat or have a drink. There is also a rooftop restaurant with nice view over Kathmandu. The rooms are are nice and clean. The staff are very frindly and attentive. Breakfast good and the restaurant serve a pretty good butter chicken. My go to hotel in Kathmandu.

Its very clean room. Everything was ready upon check in. There is garden in the middle of the hotel with nice rooftop restaurant. Definitely coming back for my next trip.
