Where to stay in Kathmandu

The service food quality and rooms of this hotel are awesome and highly satisfactory at reasonable and affordable price ....me with my parents stayed here for 11 days and it was best experience for the stay as the service was best even for people who came here even for treatment

Although the room was nice, the size of their room was not according to their price. The beds were soo good and very comfortable, will recommend if you want a place near pashupatinath temple.

The hotel has a very good location as it is at a five minutes walk to great baba Pashupati nath temple. Rooms were quite spacious but the lighting arrangement were not up-to-date. A.C. were not working properly. Bathrooms were not neat and clean. Service and behaviour of staff was very good and courteous.

Good location, right on ring road. You can just walk to Pashupatinath Temple and everything else is under 30 minutes. Room was huge with Balcony. Rate was good as per the room that I stayed. Overall, good place to Stay. Gated Parking, ample space for 6 cars and few bikes.

This hotel has a garden, a small cafe, and a charming traditional Nepalese style. The room was spacious with a balcony, and the hot water worked well. I booked a single room. Although it had a terrace, there was a damp smell and it was quite cold as soon as I entered. I don't know about the other rooms, but at least the one I stayed in was cold and uncomfortable. Breakfast was average, nothing special. The outside environment looked nice, but it couldn't make up for the room's shortcomings.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was spotless, the bed was super comfy, and the shower had great hot water with strong pressure. My stay at Hotel Siddhi Manakamana was excellent. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and the peaceful environment made it easy to relax after exploring the city. Thank you for your hospitality and for the cleanliness! Excellent value for money. The shower head didn't work, so I had to shower with a bucket, but that's not a big deal. Otherwise, everything was great.

This little hotel served my purpose for the night that I stayed. I really just wanted a budget hotel to sleep at. The most positive aspect was that it is 2 minutes walk from Lavie Gardens (a fantastic restaurant with so much delicious Western food). Apart from that, I got what I paid for - budget facilities (including no heating - costs extra) and very average service.

I loved it! It's right next to Shechen Monastery, making it convenient to walk to the Prayer Tower. It's also convenient and hygienic! Nepalese Didi (ride-hailing service) locations are easy to find. Because it's so close to the monastery, it was a very comfortable and quiet place to stay!

I had an unfortunate experience during my one-night stay due to poor room sound insulation and persistent animal noises from outside, which significantly affected my ability to sleep I believe that the doors and windows need to be securely shut to improve this.

The location is excellent, very close to Durbar Square. The hotel is very clean, and the owner is incredibly welcoming. He helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs, and even called a taxi for us when we left, giving us the fare for free. We were so happy! We hope to meet again someday.

I had stayed 4 months ago with 2 friends of hetauda in this bistro and I found a sweet and cooperative team for service and deal in comparison to previous. Got support and quick service from front desk , bar to kitchen. Thanks more to AHB and will visit again.

And the unethical behaviour of the lady that came with you we have to take ID, and wouldn't take the risk of further problems. We do not allow such illegal activities in our hotel. The Northfield hotel was very comfortable, Sushant is a very friendly host, also everybody on the reception is very helpful organising taxis and with any information. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The location is excellent. The Northfield restaurant just beside offers great food.

I stayed at this hotel twice during my visits to Kathmandu. I chose it both 2 times because of its convenient location within short walking distance to center area, reasonable price, and clean room. And during the winter in Nepal, I especially appreciated the excellent hot water system in the bathroom.
