The worst hotel experience I have ever had.
I arrived very late at night and no one guided me to my room. I had to walk through the forest in the dark without knowing where to go, searching for my room by myself.
The rooms do NOT look like the pictures at all. The biggest problem is safety: the keys from one door can open other doors. By mistake, I opened someone else’s room while they were sleeping! This means anyone can enter your room at any time. It is NOT safe.
The room was very cold, smelled horrible, and everything looked dirty and poor. It was nothing like what was advertised.
After seeing the room, I immediately asked for my money back. They told me I would receive it in the following days, but they refused to give me any document, receipt, invoice, or cancellation invoice. I paid with my company card and I needed the invoice for accounting, but they refused to provide anything.
Overall, this was a terrible experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

a miserable hotel. it doesn't look like the picture. it's not a safe hotel. the key I received fit several doors, very cold, they took my money before I saw the room, after I saw the room I refused the room and they didn't give me my money back! I complained to them everywhere! don't go there!!! scary, horror and thieves! They refuse to give the invoice, they make proforma invoices, I didn't even receive the receipt. Thieves!!!!

Gorgeous main building that houses the restaurant, which served a great breakfast buffet. The rooms are in separate buildings (yes, plural). The room was tidy and clean with quite a large bathroom.

We came at 22 00 reception girl said restaurant is closed. Normaly restaurant close 23 00 and written so, but they closed 22 00 and we are more than 10 person could not eat. Reception girl said us morrning at 06 30 we will pack your breakfast but they did not make it. We left this hostel hungry, yes hostel, because normaly hotel never do what they did.

The staff was friendly, and it was a tranquil spot with plenty to do, such as biking and walking.
The room was clean but needed updating.
The restaurant was the only letdown. The food ordered in the evening took a long time to turn up. When it finally did, mine was warm, and my wife's was cold—it was supposed to be hot. There was also a lack of cereals and fruit for breakfast. In summary, it was overpriced for what was on offer.

It's suitable for vacation, in the forest, the air is very good. Unfortunately, I'm here on a business trip. The facilities are not new, but they are clean and tidy. But if you don't drive yourself, the transportation is a bit inconvenient. When I left, I asked the front desk to help me call a car.

We only stayed there one night as it was very convenient for our purpose. The lady at reception was very friendly and te room was spacious, light and clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower.

I booked a hotel with a double bed and a swimming pool. Both were available when I booked, but when we arrived pool was not in use and hotel room was two single beds pushed together. When I complained about this i was told that hotel had no double beds even though it was on the hotel website. Room had lots of scimmel, absolutely discusting.

The room is generally clean and the equipment is relatively old. I personally prefer hotels with bathtubs and balconies, so I always book a room on the first floor. The room space is just right. The hotel has bicycles for rent and the outdoor environment is very good. Therefore, Apeldoorn is an alternative hotel when I come to Apeldoorn many times. .

The room is quite spacious and clean. We enjoyed the swimming pool. The hotel is surrounded by forest. We like the green landscape, unfortunately we didn't have enough time to explore the area because of rain. The breakfast offers a lot of variety. We had 3 course dinner at the restaurant and the food was quite tasty.
