I had a great solo stay here while I was exploring the area that was encompassed by Operation Market Garden in 1944. My room was comfortable and quiet even though it fronted on a main road. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. The in-room breakfast was huge and varied with many breads, proteins and fresh fruit. The private parking was secure and necessary! Great pool, spacious room. I have stayed here before and always had a great time. I had the luxury of having the indoor pool to myself - Awesome!! Good breakfast but would have liked a warm veg option such as beans or mushrooms. The room was big and spacious with a comfortable bed. The only area for improvement was the peeling paint outside on the balcony. Some TLC needed there.

I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. The outside environment is beautiful, the room is clean and tidy, the room size is not very large, but the basic equipment is complete. The hotel is located in the forest, self-driving is more convenient, and it is suitable for vacation travel.

The hotel is fantastically located in the city center. There's no staff on site. In the evening, the lobby had been transformed into a bicycle shed. Unfortunately, the room was only half vacuumed. Coffee, tea, and water were provided in the room, but the kettle was completely calcified. Water from the shower floods the entire bathroom floor. The room and bathroom were wonderfully spacious. The location was great, on a charming street. There were also plenty of places to eat breakfast.

Comfortable and clean hotel close to bridge and historic centre. Breakfast generous and free.parking was an issue as have a 2.1m van ,but we can recommend parkeer garage kaiser Karel €16 for 24 hours . 20 mins walk away . Was a beautiful evening and stayed eating out and enjoying the city centre .

The student trainees did a great job, better than most commercial hotel chains, which would be lucky to have them. You’ll enjoy the extra-spacious rooms no matter who you are. The surroundings are bucolic and peaceful.

We had a very good stay at the Trix hotel. The room was nice and spacious, the hotel close to nature reserves. Food was delicious. The dinner came quite quickly, though the other day we ordered a soup for lunch and we had to wait for certainly 40 minutes. We had to attend a funeral in Arnhem and were only just in time because of the long waiting.

The hotel and restaurant staff was impeccable; everyone was friendly and professional. Our room was clean. However there is a bit of a damp smell coming from the bathroom and the bed matters was soft, which for us means not a good night's rest. The breakfast was rather modest. The location of the hotel, and the bus connection to the center of Arnhem are both very good.

We were made very welcome and shown to a pleasant, good sized room, which had the welcome bonus of a kettle and mugs. The hotel is in a quiet location close to the Open Air Museum. The very good breakfast is brought to the table, the rolls and croissants were hot. There is no lift and the stairs are narrow with a sharp turn at the top.

Had a great stay on the boat! I was part of a wedding group staying here and was lucky to get the upper apartment which was so cool! Very authentic feeling but all the modern amenities and the bed was very comfy! The staff was really friendly and helpful, I enjoyed a delicious coffee on their top deck patio.
