Very nice hotel, corner room offers great views of the city. Shower works great! Bar and restaurant staff are slow and do not offer to refill drinks or acknowledge customers but this was the only minus for the property

Free parking in a garage attached to the hotel is very nice and convenient. Rooms are spacious and modern. Nice views and the breakfast was excellent! Easy transport with a bus stop near by or the train station

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Arnhem central station, with luggage. The people at front desk are very hospitable and they provide all the necessary assistances needed. No smoke smell or dirty spots

But you need take your own tooth brush/paste, slipper. Breakfast are with diversified food and drinks. Not much choice with salad though. There is a grocery just next to the hotel and you can get many things there

Too many different styles of restaurant around the neighbourhood. There is also some attractive sites for sightseeing just by walk. Pretty nice choice for travellers to stay two or three nights

Reception were fine, we were there earlier than check in time so could leave baggage there, also could leave after check out too, free of charge. Breakfast were ok, standard breakfast

It's suitable for vacation, in the forest, the air is very good. Unfortunately, I'm here on a business trip. The facilities are not new, but they are clean and tidy

But if you don't drive yourself, the transportation is a bit inconvenient. When I left, I asked the front desk to help me call a car

We only stayed there one night as it was very convenient for our purpose. The lady at reception was very friendly and te room was spacious, light and clean, with comfortable beds and a good shower.

Within the hotel there is a small pool, a restaurant and a downstairs bar which has darts, a pool table and a bowling alley

We were lucky enough to be there during the heather bloom so on the day of our departure we woke up early and were able to walk a km or two from the hotel to a huge meadow full of heather which stretched on nearly to the horizon

We didn't eat at the restaurant but had cake and coffee in the lounge before we left, which was very nice. Will probably stop by again in the future as it's cheap and the location would be hard to improve upon

The hotel itself feels a little old fashioned but not run down, we found it rather charming. Our room was fine for the price we paid for it, and came with the added bonus of a small outdoor seating area

Stopped here for one night as part of a cycling holiday. Incredible location in the middle of the forest with many great walking and cycling trails in the area

Excellent hotel, good sauna facilities and indoor swimming pool, decent steam cabin. They also have a good restaurant on the premises. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are quiet.

They catered well for vegetarians and the matching wines were well chosen by a friendly and experienced sommelier. The bar is well stocked and reasonably priced

We stayed only one night - one Comfort room and one Luxury room at the coach house - but it was lovely. We had a 3-course set dinner (it might be a bit of a push for children) paired with wine in two of the courses

We had the most magical time here! The property and the surrounding park is incredibly beautiful. The restaurant was delicious, we loved every meal we ate there. The staff were wonderfully kind too

The hotel is a 12-mns walk from the train station and the Doornjoose concert hall, which was the purpose of my trip to Nijmegen

This was our second visit to Blue Nijmegen. Once again we were impressed by the staff, meals, cleanliness and comfort. The bed was so comfy that it was difficult to get going in the morning

This hotel is definitely worth a visit! Very kind personnel. Location is great and the rooms large, clean and equipped with all you need to spend a few days without missing your home

Price is very reasonable too, so I highly recommend this hotel to anyone spending some time at Nijmegen or around (is very close to train station too). Oh, just another point is that the music they play is great too!

I travel a lot and this was one of the best places I have stayed at in a long time. Should I go back to Nijmegen for any reason, I would book a room there again in a heartbeat !

Lovely, quiet hotel in beautiful surroundings. We had a really nice stay - only one night, travelling through, wish we could have stayed longer! One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in

However, dinner in the restaurant was definitely not good. Basic dishes were already quite expensive, and you had to order vegetables and potatoes or fries. The portions were very small and some weren't warm enough

House keeping used to come around a bit to early for me. The hotel was always kept clean and tidy which was nice. The swimming pool was nice and it had a sauna. It's next to town I would say a 4 minute walk maybe 5

I found the building charming and our room very spacious and comfortable. Having breakfast included made it exceptionally well priced compared to other properties in the city

Kind of wished the room was kept a little cooler as the weather was unseasonably warm, but leaving the window open kept the temperature mostly bearable

Plenty of things to do for children with a kids club, swimming pool, crazy golf, mini farm, carts with a mini road system including traffic lights! The shop was very good lovely fresh bread and croissants and the takeaway and brassiere were good too

These units were the sites answer to Covid when they had to close the toilet blocks. If only others sites would do the same. The pitches are large with plenty of space for sitting in the sun or playing games

We have just come back from 11 wonderful nights on this site. We crossed from Harwich to Hoek v Holland which on a day crossing is very good value for money, we had a cabin so we had somewhere to relax

Stayed here as a kid with my parents, wonderful to be back as an adult. The chalets were clean and provided all the amenities you'd need. Great memories made once again for the whole family!

Our room was perfectly appointed, comfortable and easily accessible to everything we wanted to do during our visit. The staff was friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed being able to borrow a bike and go anytime.

The hotel is ideally located in Nijmegen Centrum, within walking distance of the Waal River and many of the city's historic sites. The staff is exceptionally friendly and always makes us feel right at home

I had a great solo stay here while I was exploring the area that was encompassed by Operation Market Garden in 1944. My room was comfortable and quiet even though it fronted on a main road

We stayed here on a promotion for pregnancy, i slept really bad (the bed was comfortable, but to warm and not enough pillows). They could offer extra pillows for more comfort. The breakfast was your standard buffet

The rooms are okay, but absolutely outdated. Our sheets even had holes in them. The ceiling had one part we could see it moving at night, and there was no air-conditioning

Grand place located in a beautiful forest area. The main ‘house’ had different dining and sitting areas, including a bar with a lovely open fire

Apart from the main place there’s also a semi-outside area near the swimming pool. There’s beautiful walks around the place, bicycles for hire and a tennis court. You can even charge your electric car here

This year I decided to celebrate New Year's Eve in Nijmegen. However, I didn't want to have to sleep on a couch somewhere, so I decided to stay in The Courage Waalkade hotel

Due to unforeseen reasons I ended up not having to use the hotel and took the first train home. The hotel didn't charged me anything

Comfortable and clean hotel close to bridge and historic centre. parking was an issue as have a 2. 1m van ,but we can recommend parkeer garage kaiser Karel €16 for 24 hours

The student trainees did a great job, better than most commercial hotel chains, which would be lucky to have them. You’ll enjoy the extra-spacious rooms no matter who you are. The surroundings are bucolic and peaceful.
