We absolutely loved it! They gave us late check out for free. We also came into the room to see decorations with heart balloons. It was so so lovely to see how attent they were for my birthday since an upgrade wasn’t possible sadly. 🎂🎈🎉

Despite a welcoming reception and a pleasant stay, I'm disappointed because after losing my hat at the hotel, which was supposed to send it back but charged me €14, I haven't heard back and can't get in touch with them. I could call it theft.

No where in any document did it say we would have a room with no window. The bed had 2 usb holes on each side, none of them worked to charge. The only outlet was across the room behind the tv. Every time we went out we came back to our keys not working. Very lacking hotel.

The room was fairly spacious, but the privacy was limited to glass except for the door, with only a curtain separating it from the hallway – quite basic. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the cabinets and the platform near the sink provided enough space for personal items. There was a capsule coffee machine and a Bluetooth speaker, but even if you turned them on, you could probably hear them from the poorly soundproofed hallway. Breakfast was already booked at check-in; isn't it usually a buffet? Did they serve individual portions per person? The location was excellent, with scenic views everywhere you looked.

You'll have to book the breakfast the day before - given that you arrive before 22.00 where they close for ordres.
There are only power plugs by the bed and not at the small table in middle of the room if you want to use your laptop.
The lightning is either full on or not at all and phone reception is no good due to the concrete building..

My flight was cancelled so I couldn’t even get to Amsterdam and the hotel refused to help in any way with a full or partial refund. Thanks.
