Nice place and all the room I got ‘upgraded’ to was smaller then the previous room which confused but this one had a bigger balcony.

The room was super clean and spacious, lovely bathroom. The room could use a little TLC for things like furniture and fixtures. The staff was helpful and unobtrusive, housekeeping was great. Location was perfect for a quiet spot to call it a night after exploring all day.

Overall a good stay and experience, except a very distinctive smell in a bathroom when we just moved in, like someone just used it. Property vise, you can see how the wallpaper is in a process of detaching on a ceiling and walls.

The staff were so helpful and welcoming. Everyone always said hello when walking through the lobby. The location is great, really lovely restaurants and shops around (Boscos is fab). Definitely recommend.

Happy but worried about overcharge
The staff were very friendly but charged me again for my stay, so have to await a refund. Clean and comfy. Overall it was good.

Though the staff was kind, this hotel in no way approximates four star accommodations. The website is slick and the photos are beautiful, but the reality is that the four story building combines multiple “hotels,” apartments, and office space. The breakfast area is fine, and the bathrooms alright (except our shower did not drain properly), but the rest of the facility is tired, worn down, and in some places truly not clean or in good repair. I wish we could get a refund!

Booked a small room, it was super small, every inch of land is worth a lot of money, it was quite different from the description, lived on the first floor, half underground, slept with my head above the window, I felt like pedestrians could step on my head, the breakfast was average

The room was dirty, I told the manager and was told I would get a refund if I checked out a day early as I wanted another hotel and to refund me for my parking but never received anything. They are avoiding my calls and messages. Very poor service and I got scammed out of my refund. Very disappointed
