😃The only good thing is location
☹️ The The elevator is very very slowly and taking very long time to come and only 1 elevator.
☹️ There is no kettle in the room !!
If you want to drink a cup of tea or anything you have to go down in the reception !!
☹️ The room has an indoor spiral staircase which is very dangerous and our child fall down from it and hurt his back. I asked to change the room but they told me tomorrow you will need to check out before 11 am and re check in at 2 pm and store your luggage in a locker in the reception which is a non professional process at all.
☹️ The room has poor insulation and heater is not working, there is AC you can you use it on heat mode but takes long time to warm the room, in addition to noticeable street noise even if the windows are closed.

Really clean hotel, rooms were spotless with plenty of space. Location was great few minutes from dam square. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help.

The hotel was easy to find, the room was very clean and the facilities like the bathroom were also very good. In them morning I got some breakfast and I must say, it was better than many other breakfasts that I had in the Netherlands

The location is truly unbeatable. Being just steps from Dam Square and right behind the Royal Palace meant we could walk everywhere—from the main shopping streets to the beautiful canals and museums—with incredible ease. The proximity to the tram stop also made arriving and departing a breeze.
What truly made the experience memorable was the staff. They were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, providing great local tips and always offering a warm greeting. The room was spacious (a major plus for a central Amsterdam hotel!) and impeccably clean, providing a quiet and comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was excellent. Great location. They offer complimentary water, coffee, and tea. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. Overall, a fantastic stay.

The location is perfect, and the staff of reception but noisy you can't sleep well and I have not tried the breakfast but usually in Europe I don't prefer with Breakfast.
