You have to climb steep stairs to get to the hotel reception. There was a cute cat at the front desk. I got a map there and they explained the nearby tourist spots. It's a bit of a walk from the tram station, but it's not a problem. The building overall feels old. The fact that there was a refrigerator in the room was a nice touch.

The room was very clean and the staff was amazing and very nice. They gave us recommendations on where to go and helped us bring our bags up and down the stairs!

Room compact but ideal for somewhere to lay my head for a couple of nights. My only criticism is that i left the 'do not disturb' on my door as i didnt require anything done however they let themselves in anyway moving personal velongings including medication from the bed.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, steep narrow stairs typical of the Netherlands. Very small room. Don't bring luggage you can't carry. Ideal for 2-4 days, 1 or 2 light Travellers.

Our room was booked last minute after our previous plans were cancelled on us. The location to Dan square is perfect.
Stairs are crazy steep and narrow but staff are more than willing to help with bags.
Rooms are very small but comfortable enough for just putting your head down at night.
Worked for us definitely not a 5 star but price worked and location was great

As you drive up to the hotel in your Uber or Taxi the road in front of the hotel is totally torn up because of construction. Once in the hotel it’s a straight up climb to the front office and guest rooms. Very narrow steps on the stairs. Very tiny rooms. Possibly 20’ long by 8’ wide approximately? On the plus side there’s a bakery for the morning only a few doors down on one side and a pancake restaurant a few doors down on the other side. Additionally, it’s a few minutes walk to a very busy area of town. I won’t stay there again. Lot’s of other options for lodging. The resident house cat is fun and friendly. He’ll want to come into your room eventually a explore and check you out.

The hotel has very steep stairs and no elevator. Our room and our friend's room were both so small that you couldn't swing a cat and they were both very grotty. We paid $165 each to stay in a room that only just fit a double bed. We had to pay a $20 deposit for our room keys. The area around the hotel is nondescript despite only being a few minutes walk from Dam Squares. There is nothing in the area. If the hotel was $40 a night, it would still be too expensive.
The staff were helpful and friendly but that's the only nice thing that I can say about the Sharm.

Except for the location, there is no reason why it is worth the price of more than 2,000 yuan a night! The room was so small that the trolley case couldn't be laid flat, let alone unpacked, so it had to be placed directly at the front desk. The stairs are steep, narrow and high. Guests with luggage and mobility issues are advised to think twice before placing an order.
The front desk staff was very helpful. Zain helped me with luggage and storage, and also enthusiastically guided me to book train tickets via mobile phone. When leaving, another gentleman at the front desk helped with the luggage and refused to accept a tip.
