I stayed in a pod and found it comfortable and quiet (amazingly so as it's so close to the nightclub and I was there on a Saturday night!). The toilets did get quite messy overnight, and the temperature in the basement and the pods was very warm, but overall it was a good stay.

Environment and facilities: Beautiful, tidy, quiet, spacious, modern, warm, comfortable, user-friendly, advanced facilities, floor-to-ceiling windows (great view), comfortable bedding, ample hot water, high-definition TV.

They did not link my stay to Platinum membership. Even though they have created new membership account without asking me. As a platinum member they should upgrade my room to king size and offer al-least 2 drinks from the mini-bar and 1 water bottle every day. No coffee machine No water bottle No mini bar

Stayed here for two nights. The staff here is super nice, rooms are clean and spacious. Loved the location- near all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a huge letdown so I would recommend to skip it.

The subway is right across the street. There's a mini-fridge and an iron. The cleaning staff's attitude was so-so, and the overall service staff could use more training. Everything else was alright.

The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding, and good soundproofing and natural light. The service was professional and attentive; the concierge and front desk were responsive and paid attention to details. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. Definitely worth it! Room size was smaller than advertised.  Glass door with openings between room and toilet.  This means u can hear and see the lights through it. No restaurants or grocery shop nearby.  One needs to take a metro for it.  The hotel restaurant food is pathetic.  Staff was nice I would say expensive for the payment .

The hotel breakfast was good, with a wide variety and tasty options. It's very close to the subway station, making travel super convenient. The subway entrance is just a two-minute walk from the hotel, so transportation is excellent.

The location is right next to the train station, so the area can be a bit chaotic. We were startled when a group of Eastern Europeans got into the elevator with us right after we checked in. The management here is nowhere near as good as what you'd find at a DoubleTree in Southeast Asia.

The hotel is next to the train station, so it can be quite noisy, but the location is super convenient for transportation. Fifteen minutes from the train station, close to a delicious Italian restaurant. Super clean, wonderful bed, friendly staff, delicious breakfast (including an à la carte menu with a delicious egg of your choice). Completely satisfied!

The room amenities only include a 3-in-1 body wash/shampoo. The location is quite remote; the nearest station is a 15-20 minute walk away. I'd only recommend it if you have plenty of commute time each day.

Good location. Better choice if you prefer a proper hotel than the old apartment in the city, for about same or less than money.

We had a comfortable stay in Marriot, the room was spacious and the location was close to every where, the service was great as well

This hotel is more like a 4 stars hotel instead of 5 stars, cleanliness can be improved, and I’d suggest the hotel to do some regular touch up, our toilet door was cracked. The toilet bowl cover still has some stains probably from the previous guest, gross. No in room slipper was provided in the room, even the ‘privacy please’ sign was not provided (I think the housekeeper missed out)

Readily available service from the front of house and reception staff.  Polite and courteous, little things like umbrellas came in handy with the change in weather.  Great selection of food at breakfast and helpful staff again.  Only thing that was missing was that extra personal touch.

I’m not sure if we were upgraded, but my family stayed on the 12th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. The room and overall space were wonderful—clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than we expected. My children loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. The free ferry goes directly to Central Station, which is super convenient for sightseeing. Plus, the hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the breakfast is pretty good, especially compared to other hotels in the Netherlands.

The hotel amenities was surprisely good. We enjoy our upgraded room and a welcome drink. We can left our luggages for 2 days during our short trip to Giethrone. The location was a bit isolated from everything but Bolt and Uber help make transportation easy for us. We enjoy our stay there

I was in Amsterdam for work at RAI and the hotel was a pleasant 25-minute walk away. I enjoyed the scenery along the way, and it was a bonus to catch a rowing competition happening on the Amstel River – quite a sight! The hotel's room service was excellent, and housekeeping was always prompt. The restaurant was also clean and hygienic.

The room environment was great, and check-in was very convenient. The only minor drawback was that it was a little far from the subway station, but overall, it was still very good. Recommended.

Had a great experience staying in this hotel. The location is fantastic just 5mins walk from the Amsterdam Centraal station.
