Stayed here for two nights. The staff here is super nice, rooms are clean and spacious. Loved the location- near all the bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was a huge letdown so I would recommend to skip it.

This hotel is more like a 4 stars hotel instead of 5 stars, cleanliness can be improved, and I’d suggest the hotel to do some regular touch up, our toilet door was cracked. The toilet bowl cover still has some stains probably from the previous guest, gross. No in room slipper was provided in the room, even the ‘privacy please’ sign was not provided (I think the housekeeper missed out)

Readily available service from the front of house and reception staff.  Polite and courteous, little things like umbrellas came in handy with the change in weather.  Great selection of food at breakfast and helpful staff again.  Only thing that was missing was that extra personal touch.

The first room allocated was full of cigarette smell, but the staff was helpful enough to let us change into another one immediately.  The bike racks are a bit small and full though.

Beautiful hotel from the moment you walk in the doors rooms are well presented clean and a good size for Amsterdam, my only issue was the mattress toppers were beyond worn and all bubbley which made it feel like the bed was full of crumbs which made for a sleepless night, other then that the the staff were as friendly and warm as could be which just added to the hotels overall charm.

The Sofitel Legend Hotel, while the building itself is old and of okay quality, suffers from subpar room decor and maintenance, making it unworthy of the price. Just for your reference!

Overall, this stay was just average! The hotel boasts a fantastic view, and the surrounding area is convenient for dining and shopping. Elevator did not work during our stay for 3 days.. Unfortunately they do not even provide bottle of water in the room. That was the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. Cleaning was ok . I like this shop very much. The location is good and the waiters are courteous. But the room is a bit small and two luggages can't be accommodated. The place to put towels in the toilet is not convenient. You can add more. You have to bend down to take them out every time. If The price is even better!
