The hotel is located a bit far from the city center, but that wasn’t an issue at all since the train station is right next door. We were able to reach the hotel from Amsterdam Central Station in just about 20 minutes

Clean room and good services. While not near city center, Metro is just next to the hotel connecting to several transport hubs. You can find supermarkets and cafes nearby.

We had a comfortable, clean room for 4 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay. The staff are super friendly, and the service is perfect. There is a free shuttle to the city center, and you can be there in 10 minutes.

A great hotel for a short stay. Free shuttle to and from the ferry at call. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely book here when I’m next in Amsterdam. Oh, and the bar/restaurant staff are super fun!

Great option if you have less budget but want to be close to the city. Convenient free shuttle to the ferry (24/7). We had a corner room with a balcony and a bathtub

Might not be anything spectacular, but sufficient for a short stay in Amsterdam. Hotel provides free shuttle to the ferry (which is also free) to get you to Centraal

The hotel and the location are great. Station with trains, trams, metro is just a couple of minutes walk. The area outside provides an excellent opportunity to seat and relax

Great hotel and great service good people. The mini shop is a rip off though €5 for a packet of crisps but hey no one is forcing you to buy from there. I mean sort of the nearest shops are a long walk so come prepared

A relatively reasonably priced hotel in Amsterdam. The hotel is one station away from the central train station. Self checkin and checkout are convenient. The elevator was a bit late imo but not a big issue.

the hotel is quite new from its outlook. location is OK for Intercity train. for Uber or Taxi, it was not convenience as the car was not allowed to drive in and drop off next to the hotel entrance

We only stayed one evening, A Saturday night in Amsterdam can be hectic and rowdy, however the location was perfect very quiet and away from any crowds. I never used any of the hotel amenities however they looked superb

We stayed in room 275 which was spacious warm and pleasant. Dental kits included along with all the other bathroom items one would expect

However, you need to remind them daily for mineral water, slippers, and toothbrushes, otherwise they won't replenish them

Perfect hotel for young travelers and groups! The location is fantastic, right next to Sloterdijk Station and, crucially, the FlixBus terminal, making long-distance travel seamless

We arrived early (10 AM) and had to rent a locker, which cost €4–€6 for hourly/6-hour use. Be aware of this if you check in early! Despite the fee, the location and atmosphere make this place highly recommended

We got stranded in Amsterdam due to a covid outbreak on the ferry we were meant to take. We were moving to the UK and taking our 3 cats with us so we needed to find a place to stay with them

The shower didnt have a door, so the bathroom floor gets wet everytime. Provided shampoo conditioner, bodywash and lotiin. No toothbrush, toothpaste or cotton buds

Great hotel, very quiet, comfy beds, great sized room! Excellent shower! Bring your own toiletries, soaps/shampoo very drying! Hotel was a bit out of the way but within the boundaries of Amsterdam travel ticket, with the ability to use all forms of public transport, similar to an Oystercard but lasts for 24 hours

The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial area with plenty of dining and entertainment options, including movie theaters. It's also close to the train and bus stations, making transportation easy

Beautiful hotel from the moment you walk in the doors rooms are well presented clean and a good size for Amsterdam, my only issue was the mattress toppers were beyond worn and all bubbley which made it feel like the bed was full of crumbs which made for a sleepless night, other then that the the staff were as friendly and warm as could be which just added to the hotels overall charm

Incredibly friendly service also means they are very attentive so don't forget to put out your "Do Not Disturb" sign if you want to sleep in. I look forward to visiting again someday soon in the future

We stayed here for 2 night and were upgraded to the presidential suit!!! The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough, the bed was the best bed I have ever slept in and I wish I took the pillows home

This hotel was so much more than I expected. The inside was amazing with historic views and decorations. A short walk from anything you could want to experience with a great local bar nearby

We could walk to the Jordaan district (a ton of restaurants, including Restaurant Sebastian, which was so good!), a 13 minute walk to the Anne Frank House, 25 minute walk to Van Gogh Musuem and right on a beautiful canal (street access for cars on the other side)

The hotel's location is pretty good, making it easy to get to the museum. You can even see the canal from the window. However, the overall condition is comparable to a European Atour Hotel, so for the price, it's decent.

Bedding is extremely comfortable to my like. If there’s one thing that I can suggest is, it would be appreciated if the TV is able to support chromecast/Apple TV for streaming contents from your own devices

It’s really nice that there is a small kitchen in the room. There’s a supermarket locating at the shopping mall nearby. You can easily prepare dishes at the room. The staff is very helpful and nice

Hotel is good, but hygiene is not up to the hotel level! Pros: - nice aminities - good location - inside a mall for shopping - surrounded by restaurants - nice staff and welcoming Cons: - water tab and some spots wasn't cleaned well - room was separated by a removable partition, so whatever my neighbour is doing I hear it, so no privacy, and no relaxation - a spot on the blanket was smelling like...

The breakfast was included in the booking which is really nice! The staff in the reception and restaurant were also hospitable. You can also prepare your meals in the kitchen.

2 days we didint get heater and i get allergic so much coz so cold inside the room. and the electricity have problem and my rice cooker burned suddenly just 5 minutes turn on and lamps turn off by itself

I can not brethe properly near cigarette smoke, unfortunately😭. Same with the elevators, I guess that's coming from the smokers body scent

The cleaning staff rarely come to tidy up here, and a lot of things need fixing.
