I stayed in a pod and found it comfortable and quiet (amazingly so as it's so close to the nightclub and I was there on a Saturday night!). The toilets did get quite messy overnight, and the temperature in the basement and the pods was very warm, but overall it was a good stay.

Environment and facilities: Beautiful, tidy, quiet, spacious, modern, warm, comfortable, user-friendly, advanced facilities, floor-to-ceiling windows (great view), comfortable bedding, ample hot water, high-definition TV.

it was close to the tram. generator was clean, quiet with helpful staff.

Very slow service at check-in. Scrambled eggs were inedible. Besides, I highly recommend it.

Its good for solo traveler. Just the have 3 level of bunk bed . I got the level 3, which a bit not easy to go up and down. And you need to make your own bed .

Hotel was very far from the ferry terminal. This was known when I booked the hotel so no fault of the hotel just that if you are booking here, it will take you 15-20 mins to get to the ferry terminal to take F2 ferry to Amsterdam Centraal. The hotel seems to be New. It is very clean. Just 10 minutes walking from the boat, in front of Amsterdan Central. The breakfast is fantastic.

The room was quite spacious for European standards, with a lovely view of the canal outside the window. The breakfast spread was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this place, and it's not far from the bustling city center.

We was greeted with warm smiling faces. The hotels main entrance, communal area was really clean and welcoming. The check-in was done really quickly as 2 hours before usual check-in which was perfect as was had a toddler with us plus lugage. The room was beautiful, clean and exactly good size for us. The free ferry goes directly to Central Station, which is super convenient for sightseeing. Plus, the hotel rooms are quite spacious, and the breakfast is pretty good, especially compared to other hotels in the Netherlands.

The letter O room has a excellent view from the room. It made being away from family on Christmas day a lot easier to handle. We took the ferry over, it is just a short walk from there.

Hotel ibis Amsterdam Center is located in the city center of Amsterdam, right next to Central Station and only a 10-minute walk to Dam Square. It near China Town and Red Light Secret Street too Important it is next to Central Station which the PLUS to us 😍🥰😘

The location is super good as it is right next to the main train station and can access the trains and tubes smoothly. However, I saw a big silverfish when I just came in the room, so be careful for the cleaning.

Super close to the main station  you can even hear the announcement of the station. The room is small as you know Ibis. And the staff a bit rude.

The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial area with plenty of dining and entertainment options, including movie theaters. It's also close to the train and bus stations, making transportation easy. The room itself was bright and comfortable.

The location isn't great and it's a bit hard to find, plus transportation isn't very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are very complete and spacious, with amenities like coffee available. It's also quite clean and hygienic.

Great location near a bus and train station. Big common areas with a kitchen that is very convenient to cook meals. Rooms are clean and comfortable. During my stay in room 210, I encountered an issue with the bathroom’s water drain, which had a minor blockage in the pipe, resulting in a slow water flow. Additionally, I noticed that the elevator appeared to be old, The mechanic’s voice indicated that the elevator was rough, which raised concerns about its safety. especially lift number one, on the very left side if we face the 3 lifts

We are family of four with tw kids ages between 7 to 10 years old, our over all experience with the hotel is goo, except the room cleaning, the room cleaning either remove our hotel card by accident, or didnt replace the tissue when it empty for 2 days, didnt remove all the dirty towels… the only word I would say is the cleaning person didnt care, we didn’t make any complaint but we are not satisfied...

The hotel room was very clean, and although the facilities were a bit dated, they were all in good working order. The room layout, however, was quite peculiar. There was a glass partition between the bed and the shower, with newspaper plastered on the glass. Location near to metro station, easy to move in amsterdam area using public transport. Staying in cabin room is suitable for budget couple traveller.

Overall room is spacious and comfortable , there is coffee machine (👍👍👍) and access to metro is within walking distance .  Just that sometime housekeeping is not perfect , shower gel was not refilled , coffee capsule was not refilled .

The room was not as nice as the photos suggested. The room had no kettle, fridge or bin. Only option was a paper cup and water from the sink. The kettle and bin in particular felt like basics that were missing.

The location of the hotel is good in terms of safety and accessibility as there is a nearby tram (5 mins walk) which made it convenient to explore the city. The room itself was quite tight in space, the bathroom didn’t have that good a ventilation so after a warm shower it felt like I was melting. But all in all, you get what you pay for.

This a pretty good hotel for the price. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, yet near a number of restaurants. The breakfast was adequate, but by the third day I was done with it. As I was solo traveller and booked from trip.com.i was alone and was supposed to pay city tax for single person..but they said there are two beds so u have to pay for two people,this was really unfair to pya city tax by one person for two people whereby other person doesnot exist or not presnet..so for me it was not good experience and the behaviour of receptionist was not good..

There were only very few choices left because we booked the hotel very late for the Christmas vacation and new year eve. We chose this because it was close to the central station, which was a mistake. Amsterdam was literally packed with tourists especially in the city center and it was actually not enjoyable to stay in the crowded busy street. My room was impeccably clean and in good order, but it was dark and looked out on walls. Luck of the draw--I'm sure other rooms were brighter. The lobby itself is quite grand and spacious, but the furniture could really use an update. First impressions count, and this space could really be upgraded. This church-style hotel has cramped rooms. The bunk beds are difficult to climb without handrails, making them quite dangerous. The double beds are also very low, so it's easy to hit your head. It's definitely not worth the price! Those with high expectations should really reconsider. Plus, it's quite a distance from the subway station!
