Lovelly service, the staff on the reception were very pleasant and welcoming. Everything was clean and functioned. The shower was awesome and I feel like I need to come back just for that. Location was good. No issues at all, it was great.

The letter O room has a excellent view from the room. It made being away from family on Christmas day a lot easier to handle. We took the ferry over, it is just a short walk from there.

Hotel ibis Amsterdam Center is located in the city center of Amsterdam, right next to Central Station and only a 10-minute walk to Dam Square. It near China Town and Red Light Secret Street too Important it is next to Central Station which the PLUS to us 😍🥰😘

The location is super good as it is right next to the main train station and can access the trains and tubes smoothly. However, I saw a big silverfish when I just came in the room, so be careful for the cleaning.

Hotel was very far from the ferry terminal. This was known when I booked the hotel so no fault of the hotel just that if you are booking here, it will take you 15-20 mins to get to the ferry terminal to take F2 ferry to Amsterdam Centraal. The hotel seems to be New. It is very clean. Just 10 minutes walking from the boat, in front of Amsterdan Central. The breakfast is fantastic.

Great location near a bus and train station. Big common areas with a kitchen that is very convenient to cook meals. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful, specially Martin at the reception who did a wonderful job. Overall a great experience. To improve: add more kitchen ware like tupperwares, bowls, sharp knives and add an exercise room to the hotel for it to be perfect.

Hotel was a bit out of the way but within the boundaries of Amsterdam travel ticket, with the ability to use all forms of public transport, similar to an Oystercard but lasts for 24 hours.

The hotel is conveniently located near a commercial area with plenty of dining and entertainment options, including movie theaters. It's also close to the train and bus stations, making transportation easy. The room itself was bright and comfortable.

We are family of four with tw kids ages between 7 to 10 years old, our over all experience with the hotel is goo, except the room cleaning, the room cleaning either remove our hotel card by accident, or didnt replace the tissue when it empty for 2 days, didnt remove all the dirty towels… the only word I would say is the cleaning person didnt care, we didn’t make any complaint but we are not satisfied...

The location isn't great and it's a bit hard to find, plus transportation isn't very convenient. However, the hotel facilities are very complete and spacious, with amenities like coffee available. It's also quite clean and hygienic.

The room was not as nice as the photos suggested. The room had no kettle, fridge or bin. Only option was a paper cup and water from the sink. The kettle and bin in particular felt like basics that were missing.

The location of the hotel is good in terms of safety and accessibility as there is a nearby tram (5 mins walk) which made it convenient to explore the city. The room environment was decent, and the cleanliness was excellent. However, the hot water for the shower was unstable, and so was the water pressure.

Jaz in the City is a modern, cool/hip music-themed hotel next to the Ziggo Dome and 5 mins walk from Bijlma Arena (station, shopping area, stadium). The hotel wasn’t much to look out on the outside. When you enter, the reception and lounge area was very pretty. The breakfast service was a bit over priced for what it was. The bar was never open to the public as a bar instead you had to buy drinks from the bar which was very limited. The gym, sunbathing area and outside area were not open to the public. There were only very few choices left because we booked the hotel very late for the Christmas vacation and new year eve. We chose this because it was close to the central station, which was a mistake. Amsterdam was literally packed with tourists especially in the city center and it was actually not enjoyable to stay in the crowded busy street. May be good to somebody who enjoys crowds and the atmosphere...

My room was impeccably clean and in good order, but it was dark and looked out on walls. Luck of the draw--I'm sure other rooms were brighter. The lobby itself is quite grand and spacious, but the furniture could really use an update. First impressions count, and this space could really be upgraded. Staff was very pleasant and helpful, and location was great.

There was a glass partition between the bed and the shower, with newspaper plastered on the glass. Overall room is spacious and comfortable , there is coffee machine (👍👍👍) and access to metro is within walking distance .  Just that sometime housekeeping is not perfect , shower gel was not refilled , coffee capsule was not refilled .

This church-style hotel has cramped rooms. The bunk beds are difficult to climb without handrails, making them quite dangerous. The double beds are also very low, so it's easy to hit your head. It's definitely not worth the price! Those with high expectations should really reconsider. Plus, it's quite a distance from the subway station!

The room itself was decent – spacious and well-equipped. However, there was no deadbolt on the door, and the walls seemed to be thin partitions, so soundproofing wasn't great. On the other hand, the price was incredibly good. For this price point, being so close to the Sloterdijk transport hub for metro and train was very convenient for getting around.
