I’ve been to a lot of hotels and This has been the worst experience. First of there are a lot of signed everywhere which becomes overwhelming the rooms are dirty, the lights are dirty and take long for that it turns on and even worse is the old man that works here he is very rude and should not be working here. The bathroom light wasn’t working so I put the bathroom door open so I could atleast see when I shower. Because of the steam of the shower the fire alarm went off so easily. The old man came and knocked on the door and when I unlocked it he pushed the door hard on me and just barged in, not to mention that he also stepped on my clothes without any care. Then he started calling me stupid and I tried to explain and he kept calling me stupid and said that I’m never allowed to shower otherwise I’ll get kicked out. This has been an unpleasant experience. There is literally dirt everywhere even on the curtains.

The place itself is old, smells not so nice.. It’s true. But I had a nice time there. The staff was very friendly. The place is not in the center of Rotterdam but it’s in a nice area. Delft haven is nice. Better location then a lot of places near the center. I had a room only for myself for a price of a bed in a hostel. Which is nice. TV, water, coffee machine, balcony.. In the end it worth! If you don’t care about luxury and need a place to sleep. This is the place. And it’s clean.

AVOID. I have never met such rude people in my life. After a discussion about the room (and I quote) "I don't want to be rude but I have talked enough with you. There is the door". Unless you are looking or someone to mistreat you, don't go there. There are others that can be rude for free...!

👍 The staff is nice. The area is nice too located right next to the docks.
👎 We enter in the room, and in front of us the bathroom, we feel a smell of bleach very strong. Impossible to go to the bathroom so much the smell was strong 🤢 The smell was less strong in the room but still there. But the cleanliness is not optimal. I had my throat and lungs scratching, even at night 😫 Spending 3 days like that is just impossible. Also, we asked for a room with a double bed, but we got a room with 3 single beds. The mattresses are horrible and very soft.

It's Very nice hotel. We booked the private room which you can see the view from your own room. The room are good for 2 people. It's clean and have all equipment you need for basic routine. The area are near the bar and many restaurants around and just 15 minutes by walk to get to center area. The owner are very good and friendly and he will give you all information you need. I recommend to stay this place.

Ordered a double bed and got 2 single beds. Very dated room. Would classify as a hostel rather than hotel. Good customer service.
