Breakfast was another issue. Although it is supposed to be available until 10:30, I arrived at 9:30 and most of the food was already gone. When I asked about refills, there was no breakfast staff around, and reception said nothing more could be provided.
The front desk staff were polite and helpful, which I appreciate. However, overall this hotel did not meet the standards I expect from Bastion Hotels. Compared to other Bastion locations I’ve stayed at, this one is not worth the stay.
Because of the lack of cleanliness, I started scratching my legs, which made me very uncomfortable and concerned about hygiene. I felt unsafe staying there and had no choice but to leave in the middle of my booking.
I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Poor service, dirty rooms, and staff who do not care about their guests.
The location is excellent and easily accessible. The service is excellent, and even with bacteria (enterococci) in the water, they do offer bottled water. Breakfast was a bit behind schedule on Sundays, not quite prepared for peak times. The breakfast menu could be better structured.
They do have parking, but they could do with some more maintenance in the parking garage due to clogged drains, which cause water to pool on the deck, resulting in large puddles.
